Hello,

It's correct, that allows us to verify everything is working on the production environment. We couldn't release the DLC today on PC because it's bank holiday (Bastille day) in France, so the sales and support teams are not working.

We didn't choose that the 14th of July was a Tuesday this year

PC had it on Tuesday every DLC release since the beginning
