I am dissapointed in the amount of screen tearing on these tracks, i cannot fathom how developers put content like this out on a next gen console and think its ok. Its so offputting that i dont want to play it and feel like ive wasted £30. I wish there was a way to get refunded on a digital product.Originally Posted by B8ZZ Go to original post
Its some of the worst cases of screen tear I've ever seen, to the point where for the first time in 10 years of being on XBOX LIVE and downloading games digitally I am going to contact support and try to get a refund. I don't expect a lot of luck with this, but I really feel like I've been fleeced for £30 here.Originally Posted by Dr4gOnsFuRy Go to original post
I don't blame you, I felt the same way. Not just for the screen tearing but some of the content was really underwhelming for the price paid. There are cases of people getting refunds on digital items, I had a quick search earlier. The only thing that stopped me was not being able to play future custom tracks although I might be able to live with that.Originally Posted by emcee Go to original post
I spoke with MS support and they referred me onto Ubisoft which of course is pointless. This is a disgraceful situation and I will follow it up with MS. There is no way they wouldn't know about this, you don't need to watch a Twitch stream to realise the game you developed is a mess.Originally Posted by Dr4gOnsFuRy Go to original post
Looks like they are just gonna keep sending you to each other. I thought this would come down to Microsoft to sort out? Hopefully you get it sorted out, good luck.Originally Posted by emcee Go to original post
