Lost All progression + Save level is completly wrong | Forums

Hi , I was playing the games today and for no reason when i wanted to watch ads for money the games went to town ,

I got the talking from begginer quest , but in wrong language , English instead of French , I throught the games was just being stupid and bugged as usual , i restarted the games , it's was't better since I had to do the first 3 map before you crash and head to town.

But I was'nt much worried since I logged Uplay (And you guess something went wrong else you would'nt see this post) , so I just did the mission until Uplay ask me to recover my

account a.k.a restore server side save , But instead of that it did ask me to recover a save but a level 4 account (better than level 1 i guess?) But i was level 40+ had 49 fuel and around 15 gems

also alot of upgrade which require time and money... so anyone can tell me if there a ways to get back my progression ? also I did not use the same name when doing the newb quest does this can matter (If Yes , that a damn easy Exploit in the games... just type the #1 ranked guys names we all get the same stuff as him lol)

sorry to hear you had troubles

same thing happened to me last week

the name you used when doing the begin missions doesn't matter, your account/save/etc is linked to your uplay account, not that rider name

just for safety i must advise to open a support ticket and wait for redlynx reply

but just to relax you a little bit i'll tell you that even though it shows a wrong level save on the server, as long as you don't overwrite it with something else, your level 40 save will still be there

mine showed level 3 and when i synced i got my level 43 back again
