Hello people from Redlynx, I see that something which makes you loose some money is all the time very difficult to fix, when the servers are down, the solution is found in few hours, but the gift box in few weeks!

Yes. The gift box system completely sucks now. And technical support has no answers. Hope someone finally reads these posts and realizes this is a significant problem that impacts playability for the bunker showdowns. Ugh.
