stop defending this [cut] developer called "BUGSOFT"

The developers don't run the forums, and if you don't like the game, don't play it. No one forced you to pay money either. I also would prefer our threads to stay open so we can all discuss things like human beings, but comments like this one and others usually result in locked threads and no response from anyone.

To put it another way, if someone wanted you to do something, would you be more inclined to do it if they called you names and yelled at you and acted like a-holes? Or would you rather they ask nicely? I'm pretty sure you'd rather the latter. The devs and mods are humans just like us and have lives. This is a video game, and I'm sure they are doing their best. Be patient.

I also don't really know how "bugsoft" is an insult, but I'll leave that one alone. Be happy!

On another note, RoguishRonin just said that they're mostly handling Fusion stuff, so I have to ask, why does Fusion get a higher priority over Frontier, surely they should have the same amount of people looking after both as they're both very popular games in the franchise !?!?

I just hope things can get back to normal for us SOON !!

maybe you're right we should change the tone of the discussion but you have to understand some people are angry. You can say that nobody was forced to pay money but a lot of players did pay to get more gameplay/fun. I think for ubisoft the purpose of the game is that they try to earn some money with it.

If I buy a tv that doesn't work, I go back to that store with a complain. If the man behind the counter doesn't respond, I'll get angry. And maybe it's not his fault my tv doens't work, but he is my direct contact so he has to give an answer, not be silence for a week and then tell me he was working on another new tv. it might be just a game but still we are customers...

I forgot that they're releasing new DLC for Fusion tomorrow but from the vague teaser trailers I've seen about it, we'll be riding a horse NOT a bike !?!?.....If this is true then I don't know what they were thinking as I've never heard of Equestrian Trials !?


Anyway, surely they should have a decent amount of people / mods assigned to look after all their games so as not to have any suffer from lack of support like this !?

i dont agree with insulting ofc but i was pointing that they were lying when they said they check the fourms very often i didnt use any bad words but some people will express the same in other ways at the end of the day we are looking for solution. they didnt even read any of this replies i hope i see some activity in this dead town.

Those that payed got what they payed for at the time; some gems, coin, or maybe outfit probably. The transaction ended there; it doesn't give them more rights or extra reason to complain to RL later. It's a FreeToPlay game and we are all frustrated with it.... Just trying to point out (to those earlier who brought money into it) that the money a person paid doesnt really enter into the equation at all.

What I see going on here is very discouraging / frustrating .... a combination of:
- exceptionally poor communication to the community (we get zero updates or visibility on any issues beyond "we are sorry" ... If they reply to us at all)
- Rampant LB hacking on Android and global LB bugs on all platforms making everyone's scores/ranking worthless.
- A Gift Box that can't make up its mind from day to day how much gifting it will let you have. Maybe all of it... But usually a tiny amount or none at all.

Not sure how long anyone is going to put up with this; personally I am branching out to other games more, simply because the evidence above indicates this game is no longer a priority for RL. It's old enough that it's staffing is probably cut.... Its on auto-pilot until it's follow-on game is announced. "Do the bare minimum to keep users, and slap as many bundles on them to entice the last bit of money".

I hope I am wrong. Really doubt I am though. . . After my donkey rank is solid (a few more weeks or so) I can leave saying I did it all....

Oh I totally understand why people are upset, I am in that group as well. I just don't like all the personal attacks on the mods/devs. It's very easy to complain about something without being a total **** about it. That was all I was trying to say.
