    are you guys joking its been 6 days where is the community manager ubi-brbalatu at he is never checking any of the threads you need new community managers and i hope you fix the gift box fast

    Thank you for replying, Shifty, but it's not since Friday. They have been gone since almost a week now (check StealthRodeo's signature). Ubi-Barbalatu's last post on this forum was 29 June. And the gift box has been broken since 7 July, and Iker's last post on this forum was even longer ago. I understand you're busy with Fusion, but could you please hire some people to check around the forums a little more often?

    And the only thing we have heard from the devs of this game is a new bundle.. Don't get me wrong, I love this game and its community, but at this rate, you'll have people leaving in a faster rate than ever before.

    this is a lie i never saw you on the fourm till today we have been posting about the gift problem since a week and no one help or respond at the end of the day where is that solution that redlynx put to solve this problem since a week if you are reading our threads really. at least say the truth next time, check the sticky topics you will see that high roller season thread still sticky since over a month while the season has been finished since over 9 days is that what you call "I read the forums very often"

    Sorry, this is not the right answer, it should be: "I want to tell you fairytales but to be honoust, we are not interested in this game anymore"...otherwise you had answered much sooner.😡

    I think the last week you lost about half of the players by not reacting properly..

    Oh and yes, I think this is the best game, thats why I hate to see it ruined..

    BS. Pardon my French, but if you really read the forums very often, why didn't you respond earlier to threads about for example the Gift Box? Or maybe move the High Roller Season Sticky and replace it with a new one?

    Please, be honest with us, and don't deliver such BS right in our faces. I appreciate you helping around here on the forums, but you can't tell me Barbalatu is out of the office the whole week, can you?

    Guys let's try to be fair here and calm down. People take vacations in the summer time, real life issues come up, etc. Just because they weren't posting doesn't mean they weren't reading. I read every post on this forum every day but I don't always respond. It doesn't mean action wasn't taken. I'm not saying it's clear one way or another, but attacking the mods won't help solve anything. If I were a mod and was being attacked like this I would start to care even less. Let's continue to be civil.

    Oh, and RECALC THOSE LEADERBOARDS! PLEEEEEEAAAASSEEEEEEEEE!!!!
