I purchased the Epiphone Rocksmith 2014 bundle at launch back in 2013 for Xbox 360 and got these 6 free DLC songs:
Queens of the Stone Age - "My God is the Sun"
Them Crooked Vultures - "Mind Eraser, No Chaser"
Albert King - "The Sky is Crying"
The Lumineers - "Ho Hey"
The Hives - "Hate to Say I Told You So"
Chicago - "25 or 6 to 4"
Upon buying the digital Xbox One version today, all of the DLC I owned came on 360 through correctly except those 6 songs (and "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" but I already know you need to buy the Rock Singles pack to get that back). Is this situation meant to be the same nature as "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" or is there some problem that needs to be fixed?

Do you mean you can't see them available for XB1 at all or they aren't free?
I've found the following if you originally purchased them as singles. If they aren't showing up you should be able to add them to your download que from the website.
Queens of the Stone Age - "My God is the Sun"

The Hives - "Hate to Say I Told You So"

I have also wondered why I couldn't DL those DLC's on my XB1. Free DLC should count as bought as they where a gift for buying a special edition of the game (with a guitar in this case).Originally Posted by Grumble Volcano Go to original post
