No. There have been multiple issues with the leaderboard over the last year, to the point where what is in place right now is pretty much a sham.

My personal theory is that Ubi fired the guy who originally coded the leaderboard, and now no one at Ubi actually knows how it works, or how to fix it.

well all the problems started since Antti left redlynx and he was one of the main programmers, this might be the main cause so you're probably right (not with firing tho )
