Working Man has a good point, why has there never been a Fender or Gibson "Largemouth" model?

Well, we do have a "largemouth" Bass

thought I was on TB for a minute there.

ZZ Top would be massive, but I'm not sure they are normally referred to as southern rock (they are from the south, but it's more blues rock I would say), so I wouldn't get hopes up for them. On a funny note, Wikipedia has Zakk Wylde in their list of southern rock musicians LOL.... My guess for southern rock icon - The Black Crowes? They have some tasty licks, if a bit overplayed (especially in the south). More CCR would also be pretty sweet.

Prince tracks have some excellent electric guitar and funky bass and would be excellent additions to RS. I predict purple rain, red corvette and raspberry beret. I agree with your prediction of Georgia Satellites too.

Prince is a beast on guitar, and a great on pretty much every instrument he plays (which is sometimes all of them).

Steve Vai has called himself the biggest Prince fan in the world.

Just to be clear, I think Prince would be an incredible addition to the game. My "yeah...no" comment is because I think it's more likely that he'll complete his evolution into an intergalactic space ambassador, teleport into a parallel dimension, and share his knowledge of all things sexual and musical with all he encounters than he is to license his music to Rocksmith.

Since we already have Frankenstein, I guess the Southern Rock artist could be "Free Ride" by the Edgar Winter group.
Which would imply southern Rock singles. That could be a pretty good pack.
