hey guys just wondering how to find players like tweed head from trials evo on the ps4 assuming he makes tracks still and makes them on xbox one

I'm assuming you are talking about crossplatform tracks?

Tracks are platform specific unless they are made crossplatform by Redlynx. Every week a certain amount of tracks are picked and made available on other platforms. They can be found in the Uplay Recommended feed.
If tweed head makes some good tracks on the X1 there is a good chance they will be available on all platforms eventually. If you manage to find any good tracks by him you can recommend them in the Uplay Recommended Track Nomination Thread: http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php...ination-Thread

How would i know if its made by him dont it say made by fusion community if itsa cross platform track?

Tracks that aren't originally from the platform are uploaded as Fusion Community unless the original creator also has a profile on the other platforms. If it's by Fusion Community it's very hard to know the original creator ingame but you can always check the forum posts about Uplay Recommended drops as they mention the original creators.
