Far Cry 4 Multiplayer connection issues

I started playing Far Cry 4 (great game) this weekend. I've been trying off and on for a few hours to connect and play some of the multiplayer. Over those for hours I've only been able to play ONE multiplayer game. I either get into a game and get kicked within minutes or I get an error message saying can't connect to game. I've tried reseting my router and everything but nothing works. My NAT type is moderate but this has never given me any problems playing other multiplayer games on my XBox One with games such as Call of Duty, Titanfall, or Battlefield. So I was just wondering if theres something going on and what I can do so i can actually play the game i've spent my hard earned money on

Please make sure you have tried resetting all of your network hardware, including console, router, and modem.

You may need to open the following network ports and enable UPnP through your router.

    TCP: 80, 443
    UDP: 9000, 21120
