"Arcade Mode"-"Capture the Flag"-"Kill the King"-"Dominion"-"Untill Death"-"The Great Joust"-"Tower Conquer"-"Burn Them All"-"Escort the Convoy"....... these are just some of my ideas and some that I have taken from other users (Kill The King) or others that have been shown by devs (dominion).
now I will study them well and I will try to explain these modes
P.S. my best idea: "Burn Them All" It is a mode that will require the full support of the devsbut I assure you it is something epic

I like all of the above modes. Being the multiplayer focused game, the more modes there are the better for the sake of replayability.
Than show us your best so we can help you think about it into details. Problem is when i dont know how big map i can work with i rly cant thik about details. I can just give general idea. I'd like a mode very much like Rush in Battlefield, with actual attackers and defenders (not that I'm mad about Dominiom not having true defenders... I love Dominiom).
You have bases. Defenders start defending a base. Each base has two territories. If attackers dominate both territories (for a while, if simply taking them proves too easy) they take the base and the defenders must then retreat to defend another base. Doing this refreshes the attackers spawn tickets, whil ethe defendrs have infinite tickects... or you can think of a similar rule to have similar effects.
It'd be cool if each base a had a territory with Adds (Mobs) and one without.
And a cool Mod would be one to tone down or remove the UI effect to target an enemy. That holy light from the sky is sooo unnecessary. There is really no way to mistake whom you're targetting, given the camera angle.
I'd prefer something a bit more dynamic, like the attackers have to position a battering ram and smash through a castle gate, then secure the courtyard (even though that would be capturing and holding a zone), then burn the barracks, then kill the Castle Lord. I agree, would be very dynamic and a very good way to hone skills. It would take a change in the adds/player balance from pre-alpha demo, the attacking players would be primarily defending their troops while they get rams in place and barracks burning(or whatever they set for objetives). While at the same time taking out other players for more points. Defenders would be more forced to go after adds and stop their advancements while also defending themselves from players..
