They are all the same! :-)
And they all look very Western-Europeish, so its cool if you play for Legion, but I really want to see different NPCs for each faction.
It is early development, I think they will add new minions according to every Faction, it just might be that they wanted to show a playable demo and they only had finished the Legion minions.
