Well to be fair there were underwater vehicles smuggling drugs to US, but Bolivia is not quite a sealand. There is lake Titicaca right at the border with Peru, smuggling across the lake into that country country as one of the roads is certainly viable option for cartels. I don't see it for fully-fledged underwater mission though, rather sabotaging their dock operation or similar.

As I said, there are no coasts in Bolivia, I don't see much interest in putting a submarine in a lake.

Might have to post a map for some folks. Geography isn't our strong suit here in the States haha.

It was a photo I snapped at E3 in the Ghost Recon Wildlands booth during my interview with the developers. Not sure if a higher resolution is coming out.

Sounds like one of the best game of the year! As long as they don't try to be like Rouge Warrior. That game was not worth feeding to my dog!
