Issue/ Concern regarding Players and Loot drop (should it be a universal drop)

Obtaining loot in the dark zones could be a potential problem and cause conflict amongst the game's players. I Feel that the loot gained from the dark zone's Loot crate should be universal... To some extent. For better clarification use this example: what if you are not in a squad in the dark zone (playing solo/ lone wolf), and you wander onto some enemies guarding some additional loot. Your greed and thrust for adventure gets the best if you and you man your one man army assault, and yet you are having trouble fighting against the group of AI. You are pinned down and you don't want to lose the loot you gained from some means and a random group of agents come to your aid. They kill the Hostels, and now it's just you and this team of people and a loot Crate. I feel as though that the loot within the crate should be universal for anyone/ everyone AS LONG AS THEY ARE WITHIN A CERTIAN RADIUS of the crate itself once opened. Mainly this would provid a friendly cooperation and teamwork aspect, as well as an equal reward system.

After all, if you helped somebody and they opened a loot create, shouldn't you be rewarded too?

Please feel free to leave any and all thoughts (critism is welcome) and make this topic/ issue addressed and brought to light. I am looking forward to meeting you all in the dark zone friend or Foe, Ally or Rouge. Until then my fellow Agents!

Yes, acquiring loot in the DZ could be a problem. For me tho, I like the 1st come 1st served system that is in game right now.
If I am in the DZ with my clan mates/ friends, I don't feel its to troublesome. As we can share/ trade our loot.
For example. If a clan mate/ friend comes across a nice purple, aka legendary item. That I have been looking for, for some time. I am almost sure he will be willing to trade it with me ( and vise versa). >>> Of-courses that is if trading is still in game and that it is some thing they don't add to the removal list along with every thing else that been removed <<<

The problem I see, is when the loot is shared for a job well done. So if my team complete a task/ objective and we are all rewarded with some bit of kit. At some point in the game we are all going to look fairly similar to each other.
Some one is going to say, well reward every one with some thing different. And yes the devs could do that. But then what is my intensive to go rogue and kill every one, and take the loot for my self. (not that i would do that to my clan. But maybe a random team

So for me, I like it how it the way is right now.

IMO there is still the usual trash-loot and normal loot. Money, ammo, normal weapons and stuff and that should drop for everybody. So only one can get the contaminated loot but everybody else can cover the costs with that trash-loot. And IMO if you decide to help somebody you accept to use up your resources and ammo.

(but IMO it is still unclear if ammo, normal loot, money, Dark Zone Currency is also shared or personal in the Dark Zone)

I could be wrong but i though i saw in the multiplayer demo at E3 each of the 3 people in the party put something on the helicopter to be extracted from the dark zone, didn't they? I just don't see them putting just one gun or piece of loot in the chest in the dark zone as it wouldn't make sense. I would think the loot would be personal like they stated for dead NPC's, your teammate cant see your loot and you cant see his, wouldnt dark zone chest be the same way?

You place your Dark Zone loot container onto the helicopter rope for extraction to your Base of Operations. I'm fairly sure that your loot container can contain multiple items, but not 100% sure.

Once it's back at your base of operations to need to perform some steps to decontaminate it before you can actually use/equip it.

Actually, if you have watched MarcoStyle The Division videos, his recent QnA video with one of the developers. The developer said that the looting system will be very individualistic. For example, a group of 4 people killed a single cleaner. All 4 of them will be able to loot his body, but the items they will get on the dead body will vary. It is something like Guild Wars 2 looting system.

yep but don't mix PvP and PvE, they work different. PvE the loot is personal, so everybody get something you just don't see the drops of the other players - in PvP the loot is shared, so if player 1 loots the crate, he will get the stuff.

Loot is personal. Everyone can get something, but only you see your drops unless it is a kill of another agent which drops to everyone. There are also multiple items in chests, you can choose whether you loot everything or just one piece. When you extract gear you can extract 6 pieces total at a time. Your backpack shows you how many items you carry at once.

This is exactly what it's designed to do, and why they have implemented the Rogue Status system!

If you go in as a Lone Wolf, then you take that risk of getting killed by another Agent or team. You can still get loot outside of the Dark Zone, but the best of the best is hidden deep inside.
I understand your concerns over sharing loot, but as people have said, I believe it's randomised per player, and then up to the individual as to whether they go Rogue to try and collect all of the loot for themselves.
