Hey,
This is my first Release for Far Cry, Itâ's a basic island map with 2 main islands and an NPC island for extra fun :P
Supports game types of FFA and TDM
Basic Game play revolves around Mounted Mini guns / Mortars and Boats/Cars.
Map is at final release stage, with a few minor graphical bugs.
If anyone spots any other problems or has any problems making the map run please use the email address supplied in the readme.txt
* No .Cry has been included, as I feel it should not be changed except by me for compatibility reasons.
The map can be Downloaded from:
www.members.optusnet.com.au/yavimaya/
or
www.users.bigpond.net.au/FarCry/
File size zipped is 1.69MB – Unzips to normal 10.7MB.
Anyone using an Edonkey client can Download it by Pasting:
"ed2k://|file|FarCry - Custom Map - [Kill]Alicious by Yavimaya.rar|1768040|95802dbb79dc7e2671b597289aea9 a7a|">FarCry - Custom Map - [Kill]Alicious by Yavimaya.rar
Into thier client in the appropriate manner. If you dont get a source, add IP 144.136.62.104 : 4662 as a Friend and browse the files.
Have also been submitted to FarCryHQ.com and GamesCargo.com.

My apologies to anyone who has downloaded it.
Please disregard the Edonkey links as it will no longer be vaild. And there should be enough bandwidth from the websites.
I retested the AI with more people playing and it just wasnt sufficiant.
Neither were the Ammo pickups.
Another part i forgot to post was the idea behind the map.
Basically it isnt graphically spectactular, nor are the beaches etc. geographically correct.
Its made for playabilty, and for those who dont currently like multiplayer in FarCry, because thier machines cant handle all the visuals, and cant put up with terible texture qualities to make it playable.
So to reitterate, please Redownload it, sorry again :P

Updated to 1.3
*-Removed TDM until a later date.
*-TDM equipment packs work everywhere except ingame.
