Issue: Connecting to Ubisoft servers
On PS4, when I launch the game I get a message saying "Cannot connect to Ubisoft servers..." After repeated attempts at launching the game, I eventually connect to the servers, but then I get disconnected after playing one track. This has happened on the 2 different routers and the 2 different ISPs I have used.
I attempted to submit this issue to the support team via the question system linked in the sticky thread, but it appears my question was filed as an online multiplayer question and then deleted.
Any help would be appreciated as this issue kills my enjoyment of the game as I am unable to compare scores with friends and compete.

Yes, I am still experiencing this issue. I called the Ubisoft support line yesterday and they recommended I uninstall the game, power cycle the console, and then reinstall the game. I tried that and the issue still persisted.
They did provide an email with further possible solutions involving opening ports on the router or changing the DNS settings on the console. I will try these in sequence tonight when I have access to the console again and will post back my results.
Update: after making the recommended changes to the router and PS4 network settings, I was able to connect to the Ubisoft servers on launch. I then completed two tracks and a couple of multiplayer races without being disconnected. All seems to be working now, but I will post back if I encounter this issue again in the next few days.
