If you notice in the single player video the player has cross hairs in third person view....also when he is about to rescue the girl a enemy guy shoots him from behind and he turns and kills the guy on the porch in third person mode not first. so yes you can shoot in third person view.

    Downgrading?

My question is will there be downgrading? For example in the division the inventory menu and map menu was supposed to be on your watch and you would open up the map like a hologram on the ground and I saw there was supposed to be drones. I'm sure they had their reasons to remove these for they maybe releasing it in a later on in a update or in this upcoming dlc, but will everything that we have seen in gameplay and trailers for Ghost Recon be in the game?

I have quite a few questions, so I'll try to keep this brief.

Can we remove the second primary weapon? If not, why?
Can we pick up and move bodies after they've been killed, as opposed to solely having to grab still living enemies? If not, why?
Will Civilians have any effect on gameplay, at all? If so, to what extent? If not, why?
Will we be able to manually lean(Q&E left&right) or are we solely restricted to the contextual cover system? If not, why?
Will we have access to explosives, other than C4, such as rocket launchers and land mines? If not, why?
Will different optic attachments have stats (Improved accuracy or recoil) or are they largely cosmetic and the player may pick and choose by preference?
Is there any form of social stealth, such as being able to enter a town or village without being immediately shot? If not, why?
What happens if the drone runs out of power while in use? Does it simply drop and smash into the ground?

Landmines are in the game, its one of their gameplay video.
Your drone will spawn back to your inventory after you use it, now this was in a few videos as well, hopefully they change that to be a bit more realistic, perhaps for harder difficulty settings.
As of ''Why?'' ''Why?'' ''Why?'' after every question, don't expect to get answers for that, as most of the time the reason is simply that they already have their hands full and can't implement everything. You should ask ''Why?'' is when the feature in question takes little to no effort to implement, like being able to have 1 primary weapon instead of 2. This takes little to no effort to make on their end, so If they don't do it, then why?

Delightful. Out of all my questions, the ability to move bodies and manual leaning are my more important ones. I'd rather not have to bring two primaries, that 'feature' aggravated me in The Division as well, but the other two are tremendously more important.

I have noticed in some of the new release videos that you can change your weapon on the fly. What about your gear. Since there's different types of environments should be able to change my gear so i can blend into the environment that i'm attacking.

These are major points for me as well.

Can you choose to unequip all your firearms and try to inflitrate enemy outposts with strictly the weapons you get from knocked out enemies? Considering the ghosts are officially not there using highly specialized firearms would leave a ton of forensic evidence of special force operators being in the area? I just like to RP deeply like this, and implementing this "unequip" option would be really easy and wouldn't take much time for the devs. Also, since this game is marketed to be "play as you want" it would be really weird not to have this feature. Let me unequip my backpack and just roll with my sidearm. Or leave the thigh holster and sidearm back and just take my two primarys. Or just give me the possibility to go in with nothing but jeans and a T-shirt.

The other thing I had in mind is not realistically possible to implement anymore this close to launch since it would require new character animations but just for future reference, I would love for the possibility to apply handcuffs on people you grab, possibility to extract them for money or resources (some kind of most wanted/mercenary mode where you go grabbing targets as a side activity?) and non lethal weapons like tasers or telescopic batons for silent non lethal takedowns. And when it comes to lethal takedowns there should be a possibility to equip a knife and slit enemies throats, not just hit them with your gun and make them go down.
