I mean, if, if if if if, there is going to be a beta, since this is a singleplayer game, wouldn't that technically mean you will be able to play this beta all the way until the release of the full game?
No, they'll likely only do a beta through the uPlay platform. Even if the game is entirely single player uPlay can put restrictions in place so that playtime is limited.

No, you can shoot from the third person view, you just won't be as accurate. Also from some of the reviewer footage, it looks like you can zoom in over your shoulder instead of doing the FPS ADS view. So if you want to stay third person all the time it looks like you can.

Before I ask, I'd just like to say I'm looking forward to this and have it preordered.

Is there any news on whether we'll get the first person option? Although I'll still play the game, first person would imho make this game 100% better.

    Thanks for reading.

    Gameplay:
    1. AI of both enemies and teammates (very important)
-You should make the AI smarter, this would allow the enemies to challenge the players both in combat and stealth. In the gameplay I saw, the player shoots an enemy with loud weapon and the other enemy very close by didn't react immediately to those shots and just stand there to get shot by the player. So I believe that you should make it so as soon as the enemy hear a gunshots near them or witness his ally being shot, they would immediately open fire on the player or immediately take cover if they don't know where the player is at. I also seen that the enemies took quite a while to notice the player when in stealth even when they are not that far away from the enemies. You need reduce the amount of time it takes for the enemies to spot the players depending on the distance they are from the players and also increase their distance in which they can see the players. During combat, you should make the enemies use cover more and able to flank the players from all directions. During stealth, enemies should be more alert. Maybe when the players successfully takes down a enemy without anyone noticing it after a while when the enemies need to report in and they notice that some their men didn't response and realize something is up and so they will actively search around for the players. They should also be able realize how the civilians are acting. Also this was my problem with Assassin's Creed, it is that once the enemies enter combat with the player and spotted the player and then lose sight of the player, they would search the area only for a few seconds and went to their post as if nothing happen, I hope that isn't the case here in this game; enemies should actively search for the players for more than a few seconds, maybe like 20 mins. Take note of the phases the AI enemies go through when they spotted the player in the game "Metal Gear Solid 5: the phantom pain".

    - I know that the player can play the game alone if they want to and that the AI will take over the player's teammates but I hope those teammates are smart so they won't be a hindrance instead, maybe you should allow the player to be able to command the teammates like tell them move that place, take positions at that place, shoot a guy, tell them to protect the player. You take note from how the player is able to command the teammate in the game "Metal Gear Solid 5: the phantom pain". One feature I really from "Ghost Recon Future Soldier" was the ability to command your teammates to sync up shots with multiple targets. This would allow more tactics.

    2. Animations and sound effects
    - I believe the animations in this game could need some work (especially how the character prone and crawls on the ground)

    - I also the believe you should improve some of the sound effects of the game like gun shots, explosions and etc.

Please Ubi, I hope you make these changes. I have high hopes for this game. Don't be afraid to delay the game if it isn't ready yet. Thank you
    +1 .... AI and sound effects...good comparison to MGS5.

Graphics were PS4? didn't look amazing, just Okay.

    Hello everyone,

After seeing some of the gameplay videos from the e3 display, I pre-ordered. I heard the AI was downjusted, and I assume the bugs that surfaced are going to be flattened and fixed. However, I saw or heard no mention of any cover system. Is this something you are planning to implement, perhaps in a similar fashion to The Division (which had a good cover system), or is it a no-go?

    more suggestions

    Here is more suggestions.

    1. AI
    - In one of the gameplay I saw, the enemy wasn't able to spot the body of his ally even when they standing near to the body. You should increase the enemy vision range.
    - I also saw that the civilians doesn't seem to react to the drone when it is flying right in front of them.

    2. Gameplay
    - From the gameplay I saw, I know there is a option to revive a downed teammate. I don't have a problem with this feature but I hope that the player doesn't go into the revive state all the time when the enemy manage to deplete the player health like when an enemy shoots the player in the head or when the vehicle explode with the player still in it; it would be very weird if the player survive those and had be revive. The player should die and has to be respawn when this happen, but I hope they do not respawn immediately after they die in middle of a conflict or stealth operation because the player would then be able to return back there and do more damage to the enemy again. This seems to give the player an advantage over the enemy. I would suggest only respawn the player after the conflict is over. But I'm ok with respawning the player immediately when they die elsewhere beside in the middle of a conflict or stealth operation.
    - In some of the gameplay, when the player gets on the minigun on the helicopter; the minigun seems quite underpowered, I thought that the the minigun would do some serious damage. Maybe you should make it so that it has the ability to destroy some of the environment like watchtowers or destroy vehicles easily. Also I saw that the player who is using the minigun in the helicopter was getting shot a lot, its a little weird to me that the enemy is able to deal damage with assault rifles and machine guns to the player even when the player is quite high in the sky. Maybe you can make it so that the enemy are dealing damage to helicopter instead.
    - One of my concerns for this game is mission variety. I hope there is enough variety of missions and not just doing the same missions over and over again. Collecting info from a computer and interrogate a guy sounds like two different missions but really it is just the player going into a place and complete the objective and get out. A possible solution to this could be to add more depth to the infiltration of the enemy base. Place the objective at a place that heavily defended by enemies, so the player would not be able snipe the target without setting foot on the base (add snipers too so that the player would not be able to just parachute in to that spot) and add tactics like disguising yourselves to infiltrate the base or hiding in a convoy that is on its way to the base.
    - This game doesn't seem to have a cover system. I would very much like a cover system in this game like the cover system in The Division or Ghost Recon Future Soldier. This would make it easier for the players to do both combat and stealth.
    - Does this game have any story missions like the missions in Ghost Recon Future Soldier?

No information for the moment on hiding bodies or how much the game is destructive.

Hiding bodies would make it too much MGS IMO and we want the Santa Blanca to know that something is happening but who do that ? Someone in our organisation who want to overthrow Suenos or the Bolivian gov or army want to cross them ?

Destruction would be too much hollywoodian, for me the game nee to say with GR essence.

I think destruction should be in all the shooters these days if they wanna be realistic at all. Don't see a reason to leave it out these days. Of course it should be realistic and not over do it.
They better have bullet penetration at least.
And hiding bodies is important if you wanna go stealthily (unless the enemy AI is so dump that they can't see bodies laying around). I think people dissappearing without a trace sends message also but yeah hiding bodies would be more gameplay aspect.
