There is night vision but actual goggles seem to be missing. You have cyber eyes apparently xD
As the fan base for the Ghost Recon franchise is fractured due to the length of the series and diversity in the games ( holding a fan base for 15 years is impressive ) is there plans for detailed accessibility game modes to address this. Entry level, moderate level, advanced level where each level gives a different variant to the core experience. Making games is a financial business and the mainstream need to be taken into account. Which means accessibility and building functions in the game that are accepted mainstays in modern gaming. But as you seem to be interested in taking the original fan base in from the first few titles, will there be a advanced/hardcore mode that is fully featured ( and adaptable ) that allows us to tweak the game to give a real tactical feel ( enemy highlighting off, reduced radar, realistic bullet damage, enemy distance spotting increased and linked to camo type, non switchable in game load-outs ) and if this is being planned will it be tested on the fans who were given early access?
Big question on the co-op. Can you play Co-op with your friends, from beginning to end? OR will it be like AssasinsCreed:Unity & Farcry3-4 where You can only do certain Side-Missions and not the actual story to progress the actual game.
I read an article that made me nervous on this fact as the Coop, and I quote " The game has a single player mode, but there will also be co-op missions that can support up to four players. "-Techtimes
All this talk about coop is giving me flashbacks of other overhyped, false co-op made by Ubisoft.
You will have the ability to play the entire game in either solo or co-op. You can seamlessly go between the two at any time.Originally Posted by Soulres Go to original post
Thats fantastic! I'll hold you to it! I'm still very hurt over the 4-player co-op being removed from farcry4 last minute so excuse my stubornness.Originally Posted by UbiKeeba Go to original post
And that explain why there is so much secrets around this game. They don't want people to be disapointed if they remove something they announced.Originally Posted by Soulres Go to original post
Considering there has been no mention of a PVP aspect to the game yet... I'm curious to know why 3rd party dedicated servers matter in a cooperative game? I mean, I get that there would be some minor benefits, but since it's not adversarial PVP I don't see that it's a huge requirement personally.Originally Posted by bloodbath1975 Go to original post
And keep in mind, I'm a PC-only gamer running three monitors, one of which is 1440p and 144hz, and a GTX 1080. I'm normally an advocate for 3rd party dedicated server renting options and dedicated server software that players can use to host their own headless game server clients on their own server hardware. I just honestly don't see the benefit for a cooperative game like Wildlands..
