Also, I agree with the previous posts, if games could be feature complete and bug free at launch, it would be great. But first, being feature complete doesn't exist. There is always something to improve/add. Bug free, I don't believe it's reasonable anymore. Games are too complex and we could make a game totally bug free but it would explode budgets and the selling price would be too high. But there are acceptable bugs and not acceptable ones.
Im curious do you really think in retrospect that fusion was handled 100% perfectly and nothing regarding the launch and post launch support could have been improved? Because personally thats the impression im getting, which is disconcerting.

Any project the size of fusion is bound to be rife with mistakes, poor decisions etc. Which is fine and entirely understandable. But the inability to recognize and acknowledge those mistakes gives me a pretty bleak outlook on the future of the franchise.

The date was announced less than 2 months before release for fusion. There really shouldnt have been alot of guesswork about what the finished product was going to look like at that point.

Looking forward for this, it's only like 3.5 weeks away from now so will see how it turns out before judging it from just the trailer.

Even while the reveal/trailer had a "wtf is this?" reaction for me at first view before the Fusion title was shown, it was a funny one.

I'm sure the goal was to be a bit over the top cliche with the rainbow/unicorn and title

I believe Shifty was not talking about Fusion but about general games. Also, it's not about the date you reveal, it's the date you agree with business partners (and yes, the date is usually set about 10/12 months ahead as there are lot of business dependencies)

There was tons of poor decisions and things that should have done much better, like in any other game, not more, not less. I never thought it was handled 100% perfectly.

However, I am also totally sure the game was/is worth the money and the game was/is highly enjoyable.

Mmhmm. I tried to make that clear a few times.

    Also, there is this:

I will not pretend to know specific information that takes place well outside of my position.
As En0 said, or at least in the same line of thinking; We can always do better. We are all people. Sometimes we make poor decisions, sometimes we forget things, sometimes we just do things the wrong way. That's not a specific message about any one thing, or game, or studio, or anything. That's just down to being people with our own thought processes and ways of doing things.

the level of prices MAX is easy to guess:
    EVO DLC (40 tracks) = 5 euros
the evolution of Fusion = 10 euros

micky dragon in is 5 Euros
Thdte is in it, so 5 Euros

if you have followed = 20 euros

attila but not remove it ... so ... otherwise 10 euros is theft!

I think it will not ... but at 5 euros 10 euros seems a good price anyway!

    wait ...

I'm pretty sure that the guys are going to continue working on the Frontier track (hopefully finish it), but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the new items are shown on a later stream.
