Ever since i discovered Micro Donkey in Trials Evolution GE i haven't played with the Phoenix bike after ive unlocked the Donkey in the Singleplayer. When it comes to Track Central i only play tracks that have the Micro Donkey enabled. Even now when Fusion have been out for more than a year i still play Trials Evolution GE atleast three times a week to play the new Track Central tracks that are being released. I have when writing this 340 hours played on Steam. Even though i loved the game to death i still had four problems with Evolution. Namely Dark City Run, The Wreck, Way of the Ninja and Inferno 3 in the Flatliner tracks. On these four tracks you couldn't use the Micro Donkey, When asked multiple times on the Friday streams on twitch, the reason why the donkey were locked on these tracks were; "It's to hard, It's Impossible"
It is to hard or It is Impossible. And yet everyone said that the Medium track Gigatack where not Donkeyable and it was not locked away.
So i never realy played Fusion because of there was no Donkey. I just played throu the tracks once to beat them and the DLC tracks. But today i was informed on todays(12th of June) that the donkey had been implemented to Fusion so i finnaly started up Fusion again. So i started to play the single player tracks from start to finnish with the donkey but to my suprise, on the second track(Waterworks) the donkey is disabled, and the third track(Observatory), which both are easy tracks, so i continued just looking for the tracks with had the Donkey disabled and i got up to 17 tracks where the Donkey is disabled(13 if we exclude the skill games) That's almost one fifth of the game which is locked away from me
While i asked the same stream(12th of June) about why some tracks had the Donkey disabled, the respond i got from Shogun where along the lines of. "It's not possible due to not being able to activate certain buttons or to do some maneuvers that the Donkey couldn't do."
Even if this is the reason i don't understand why you feel that you must restrict what i should play or not play, if something is labeled impossible, i want to try it even more. Take Gigatrack from TEGE for example, it was said to be impossible to complete with the Donkey and for the average players and every among the better players it was. But someone did beat it.
So what is the real reason the tracks have the Donkey disabled? Nothing is Impossible
All the tracks were completed on the donkey when they released the tracks again on TC, you could go into MP at use the donkey that way.
Gigatracks jump was initially smaller, and they left it in anyway.
And yes for the average donkey riders they wouldn't be able to complete Gigatrack, but there are quite a few people that are well capable of doing it.
As for the easy tracks in Fusion, no idea but you can play them in MP by yourself and set the donkey to available using the parameters.
Blimp my ride is possible, some people may struggle though.![]()
^ Well from what I got told by someone at redlynx... i believe it was dj2witchy... The reason they didn't add some maps such as waterworks I think it is..., Is because there was something in the code stopping them from making it available or something, it wasn't to do with if it was possible to complete or not apparently.
I presume you are also adding the FMX tracks in the list of 17?
The FMX is obvious, The donkey doesn't have FMX enabled. The other ones were down to coding/logic not working with the smaller size. It doesn't have anything to do with if it was impossible apart from Fusion Factory the jump after the loop was most definitely impossible (not even close), you can try it in private match. The others were just logic not working. Observatory lift section didn't work. Blimp my ride had a section that didn't work correctly. There is definitely enough tracks open for the donkey and that includes all extremes,
in terms of the faulty logic, is this something that could be fixed in such a way that these tracks could be available for the donkey after the next update, or is it such that it would significantly change the feel of a part of the track? if the later, would it be possible to release a donkey only version of the track to TC?I presume you are also adding the FMX tracks in the list of 17?

It's not faulty logic, just logic that does not work with the donkey. The logic was made a long time ago for the bikes available. Unfortunately no, the tracks can't be tweaked for the donkey because they have already been released, changing anything in them will break a lot more of things.
Tweaked for TC, yes but I cannot answer if it will be done. There are so many tracks that the donkey can be played on in TC and also with it available on most single player tracks, the need for a couple of tracks made available is very low priority. Also as they are still available in private match.
