Hello, Trials Riders,

As you may have noticed, yesterday’s update has brought with it some new issues when playing online multiplayer matches. Some players are experiencing problems with a pop-up notification about downloading UGC tracks that in some cases can last for many minutes. Rest assured we are looking into this issue and have already made some progress, though there is more work to be done until a permanent solution is in place.

The first step we’ve taken was to reduce the number of UGC tracks in the public multiplayer rotation. We were very excited to offer user created tracks in public multiplayer and will work hard to return the removed tracks back to the rotation and add even more in the future. For now this is the best temporary solution we had available and it should improve some players’ experience accessing multiplayer.

While lowering the number of tracks will have a positive effect for some players it does not fix the issue and some players may still experience problems with the downloading UGC pop-up. This can effect players differently and it’s possible that custom tracks built and saved locally could be contributing to the problem. We will continue to investigate the issue and will update when we have further information on a fix.

i never played UGC tracks in public online mp. Is it normal ?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
