I'd like you to stop your "I know all" posts, please. I think we already had this discussion and your post is insulting towards RedLynx. It doesn't help anyone on this forum and actually you know less than nothing as you believe in some incorrect information.

I am going to reexplain how DLCs were communicated previously:
    - The Friday before the release, Shogun and Bluebadger are doing a Twitch stream for the community.
    - The Tuesday and Wednesday (for Sony Europe), the DLC is released.
    - When the DLC is released, the news go live the wedesnday at the end of the day when we have the most optimized visibility and when everyone in the world can purchase it.
    So yes, "That makes sense".
BigShotRob does the video before Sony Europe releases so his video goes live first but actually the first information is a few days before with the stream.
For the incoming announcement, I think you'll eat your words.

Now, let's talk about the real problem of your post:

About the "laid back" style of RedLynx (and not only RL works on Trials actually, other studios as well), I know at what times the guys submit their code, update their tasks etc... I can say that your statement is wrong and disrespectful. You have actually no way to know how people works and how much effort and sacrifice they put into the project. So, insulting for the sake of insulting is not something I'll let happen twice.

If you are not happy with the game (in which most of you committed hundred of hours, must not be that bad), if you don't like how we manage the communication and the community, feel free to go to play something else and never come back. I would even help you to get a refund. We won't miss you.

I can be patient, helpful when it's possible, giving insights regularly, but nobody is allowed to insult the team and spread bad words about the guys. They deserve our highest respect.

    Regards,

    Eno

I do look forward to the announcement and eating of words. I see Fusion made it to #4 on PSN's May charts, so hopefully that sale helped bring in lots of new people to be excited about what's coming up next.

    Hi,

I want the team to work closer to the community.
I want to see more devs on the forum, so it requires to be clear about the behavior we expect on the forum.
I believe everyone would appreciate to see more devs around, no?

Also, the customer is not always right and he's not always wrong neither. There is just one thing: Never touch the team. That's that simple.

However, we are open to discuss improvements in the game, in communication and whatever else is your experience as a player related to Trials Fusion.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

Yes, that probably helped. There was also a special offer in Japan on PS4 which brought some news players.
For the near future, we're doing our best to get a new massive arrival of players soon on all platforms and all territories.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the apologies, and obviously, I agree with you that there are areas that could use improvements.
I typically dont feel the need to sugar coat things when speaking with other adults. Also im not the only one that could benefit from a little humility. Ill fully admit I have probably been more of a jerk than I otherwise would be. But thats primarily because of these continued threats of "you guys better be nice to us or we will stop posting here", I cant speak for other posters but those kinds of threats really rub me the wrong way and have the opposite effect of their intended purpose.

That said I actually will make an effort to be more pleasant. Because i clearly upset you, and that is something I genuinely feel bad about. Truth be told these last few months I do feel like the team is beginning to listen to the community more and implementing things people actually want for a change, and if we could tone down the threats I would be alot more willing to give you guys praise when you deserve it.

    Hello BeardinUSA,

It shouldn't be taken as a threat, but only as an explanation of one of the major factors why we don't have more devs around here.

The only reason we wanted devs, was to get answers to the questions we've had. But, they are no more likely of giving the answers then Shifty is. Who gives us the answers isn't the problem, it's who stopping those who can from giving them to us: Ubisoft. It's a problem with no solution. Those of us who were fortunate enough to experience Trials before Ubisoft should be grateful. But we should also come to terms that those days are over. The Trials franchise should join OTHG.

And if devs expect us to sugarcoat our words and they get defensive over any criticisms we have, then speaking on behalf of myself, their presence makes no difference.

@Beardin USA: If you left, I would miss you. I appreciate your honesty. Just know that.

@En0 If refunds are genuinely being offered, I would like to put my hand up for a refund of the digital PC version. Account credit wont do, I'd like the funds credited back to the original credit card I used to buy the game. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

There may have been a period earlier when being part of Ubisoft scared some devs and they got quiet. That's not the case anymore. You can see for example LzZzR and Fredizzimo are posting. There has been a few other also in the past months.

I don't ask sugarcoat, I ask respect. You can criticize the game, not the devs. It's important for constructive discussions and to make this place a nice place to exchange and improve the game.

    Cheers,

    @D2Dahaka: Check your private messages.
