I'm no legend but I do consider my self a good rider in this game.Although I still need to improve a lot of my track times.Trying to give you "directions"( let's call it that) on each track would be too difficult. So I'll give you some general advice which might help.
1.Keep upgrading your bikes.Focus on the agile ones.Upgrades make tracks a lot easier.
2.Keep practicing and you will get better at each track. You will start getting a "feel" for the track.
3.Try different things at each point of a track and see what works and what not.If it saves time and if it is viable without faulting after.
4.Race ghosts of your friends or just pick them from the leaderboard.Try to imitate or copy their moves so to say in places you do poorly or are left behind.Begin by choosing players that have times closer to yours and work your way up.
5.Watch some YouTube vids of each track. You can see and rewind to the parts that are tricky for you and see exactly what buttons someone presses and when.

    That's all I think.I hope it helps

    0) Grind the money and the parts every day for half a year to upgrade all your bikes to the maximum
    1) Race a ghost of #1 rider on the map (probably it's KarTank)
    2) Fail hundreds of times trying to imitate his ninga moves
    3) Bang you head against the wall in utter frustration feeling that your life is useless

Most of those tracks are some of the tougher ones in the game, there aren't really specific tips that are easy to lay out in text. The best way to get better at tracks like that is just to practice them a LOT. Use top ghosts to race if you feel comfortable doing that, as it helps to reveal the fastest routes and the shortcuts, but if that's too fast, use a ghost that is lower but still ranked with a gold or platinum medal. ANBA also helps with this but it's random what track you get. I can try to give a bit on each track though.

    01. Alpha Street - One of the harder Island tracks for me, the beginning is the toughest part to nail. A lot of gas tapping here and precise leaning all throughout the track. The original platinum time was very tight as well (I think it was 19.5ish) but is now more lenient.
    02. Balance Avenue - One of the last tracks I platted. I would save this one until you get very comfortable with the game and have a pretty well upgraded Mantis (at least 5/5/5/5). Very precise track that will make you rage a lot.
    03. Buzzsaw Paradise - You'll need a pretty upgraded Mantis here too. The beginning becomes a lot easier the further you upgrade, I think the rest of the track is pretty easy.
    04. Casino Rooftop - This one can be tough but with practice it becomes much easier. Proper leaning during most of the obstacles is key. The shortcut at the beginning is not necessary.
    05. Chilled Cliffs - I am still relatively new to this one as are most of us, but if you can nail the shortcut at the beginning the plat time becomes easier. Use a backflip and a brake tap to get down there (watch ghosts). The rest isn't horrible.
    06. Daredevil Paradise - Another relatively easy Island track for me, and another with a lot of leaning techniques involved. Forward-back-forward with gas tapping as your tires hit obstacles, etc. It's a muscle memory track for sure.
    07. Fault Village - The shortcut right off the bat in this level is one of the easier ones to hit, and it take a lot of time off your run, and this is the easiest Island track IMO. Nothing too hard here, just use a ghost for the shortcut.
    08. Haunted Hallows - Upgrade that Mantis, and prepare for a pretty BS ending. The rest is pretty standard.
    09. Hilltop Ghetto - One of the toughest endings in the game. Take it a bit slow for the last two obstacles if you need, you can still hit plat. Lot of back wheel bouncing with precise leaning needed.
    10. Melancholy Temple - Although a long level, nothing really stands out as impossibly hard. The very beginning is the toughest part to hit fast for me, and the very end can sometimes mess you up, but if you can just put together a good run you'll be ok. At the end, slowly lean over the edge and ride down the wall vertically and when you hit the ramp at the bottom, hold gas and lean back so your back wheel hits the next tiny ramp and soar over into the finish.
    11. Permafrost Climb - Blech. I thought this was the hardest of the Winter tracks. I have no tips here, just practice a lot.
    12. Refinery Abyss - Another long Island track, and a tougher one. The ending with the long jumps is very annoying, this one might require a lot of skill and maybe a little luck. Just the right amount of gas on some of those jumps is tough to achieve.
    13. Rotten Railway - My worst Island track for sure. The beginning can be so random if you don't hit it just right. You can use the launch to land you in a plethora of different places, including clearing the entire top obstacle if you hit it right. Patience on this one. Just practice the individual parts and hope for a solid run.
    14. Stilted Path - Stilts are the toughest part, maybe the ending too. Use gas tapping and lean to get it down. For the end you need speed before you go up that last ramp.
    15. Sledridge Gorge - Another tough winter track that took me a while to plat. You're gonna need that Mantis upgraded quite a bit. The two barrels at the end are the hardest part and will induce rage.
    16. The Pendulum - Easiest track on this list I think, but you will need some Berserker upgrades.

I don't know how much of this will even help but like I said the best help is your own practice, learning intricate techniques, and racing ghosts. Good luck!

Use ghosts/A.N.B.A. and look very closer to their moves. Then practice, practice, practice...
