How can i unlock Flaming freeway track?

You get it by doing the missions for Igor(if I remember his name correctly).The dude obsessed with the marauder.

Yeah, I had that track appear on the Loot Wheel after one of the Igor Missions like DarkMatterNova said !!

I've had a few random tracks appear on the Loot Wheel after various characters missions, so if you just play through the game as you would, then they will appear for you soon ok.....I've not noticed any sort of pattern for when they appear, they just do every now and then along with bonus coin packs on the Wheel as well !!
