    Where UBISOFT respond your message?

    I have submitted a ticket and waited for 5 days Ithink they have respond on my ticket, but I can't find where.
    Are they respond on their support site on [MY QUESTIONS HISTORY]or in your Email inbox like inGmail orYahoo?

    Can you please provide your support ticket number? You should have been emailed a reference number and it should also appear on your account HERE.

    Once we've received this, we'll be happy to investigate further.

    Same problem again

    I have the same problem again.
    I reported a Quistion again and UBISOFT doesn't answer my ticket.
    Do I have to give you my reference number everytime?
    In that case the reference number is 02195733 .

    Hi, the support team will aim to respond within 48 hours of creating your ticket.

    As for your question, AC:U patches cannot be downloaded directly. When you launch the game Uplay PC will check for any new updates and apply them if needed.
