I would really request the Redlynx team to consider these features in the future updates:
1) Grinding missions that are more fun - Just like the Halloween event, Frostpocalypse event had grinding mission that required us to check the game in a certain amount of time. While I really enjoyed the collecting the kindlings because in that we had to actually do something and not simply waste our precious time in simply completing track, collection of magnifying glasses and coal lumps was simply a waste of our precious time that we could have spent doing something more meaningful. I mean there should at least be a trick or activity behind collecting such things and not simply grinding.
2) Identifying UNGRATEFUL friends - Please add the notification of "Last Gifted On" in the Gift Box. What this will basically do is simply mention the time and date when a particular friend in the friend list had last sent a gift. This would be a handy tool to identify those ungrateful friends who enjoy receiving gifts but spending a minute of their life to gift others is too heavy on them.
3) More opponents - Please give us a new opponent like the Terracota Rider once in a month or so. Beating him was fun and satisfying unlike grinding to collect coal lumps.
4) New data cube missions - Finding the hidden data cubes was fun and sometimes very challenging. Consider adding new data cubes, say red ones, and give us another awesome track and costume in return.
5) Live showdowns - Just like the Blitz season try experimenting with a live showdown season. In this once a player is matched with a opponent they both have to start the race and after a countdown live race starts. We get three races with each other and the person who wins two out of those three wins the showdown. In this idea there's no way that I have suggested for the ticket use so you guys can think about how to add that because how else are people gonna buy tickets.
6) Adventure Park - Just like the Icy hills and cave atmospheres consider a adventure park atmosphere for about 10 tracks. I expect big jumps and a lot of fun things in those tracks.
In the end I would like to thank the developers of this beautiful game. You guys must be respected more for putting in your hard work. You guys are bashed for the minutest flaw in the game on the forum. Sometimes patience is a virtue. Developers are humans too and they are working really hard to make our experience better. Instead of constantly criticizing them for a glitch and referring to them as stoners please give them a little time and appreciation. The complains about game not being fun anymore should be replaced with suggestions to make the game better!!!
Well, you know, the thing is that plenty of other people have suggested new things for this game. And usually, RedLynx does not seem to take the effort to listen to our suggestions and actually put it in the game.Your pitiful quitting game post and complains about game not being fun anymore should be replaced with suggestions to make the game better!!!
Believe me, I love this game too, but the reason people are leaving and criticizing RedLynx is mainly the problem that we are not being listened to.
Well as far as I remember that the idea of Blitz season was suggested by a forum member. And they did it.Originally Posted by HiEverybody3 Go to original post
And another thing is that doing a particular thing again and again will eventually make you lose its charm one day. The developers can't help it. They do what they can and they give us new tracks in frequent intervals. They gave us the bunker, the donkey, the frostpocalypse and the irony is is that they are criticized more for a bug that came along with them rather than appreciated for their efforts.
Not saying this to you man, but rather a general statement!
I like most of your suggestions, but calling people out for their posts is unnecessary. Most of us realize what the devs have to do, we just post bugs and glitches so they become aware of them. I don't believe any of us ever launch personal attacks against the devs, it's more of a jab type thing. And anyone who has put in hundreds of hours on the game and on the forums helping countless others deserves to make a "retire" post. There is nothing pitiful about it. It's just a way of signing off, everyone has their reasons. I'm sure I'll do the same when I eventually hang it up.Originally Posted by abhinavd Go to original post
Yes you are right Justin but I did not write that with the intention of calling anybody out. I wanted to make a point that it is because of the developers and this great game itself that we have spent so many hundreds of hours into this game. And when something goes wrong suddenly people complain that this game has the worst developers. If they are really so bad then why did people like me and you become so addicted to this game. And bugs are inevitable.
I wasn't targeting iviarkd and he is a great player and the community should and will miss him but suddenly degrading the game while quitting is not right. At least the goodbye note should be a happy one.
Yep, the constructive part is quite ok, and it's to be considered by RL, by all means. +1 all the way.
Now, let's get down the drain...shall we?
Yea, I really am an ungrateful b4stard for posting stupid things about gift box and other stuff... kill me please? Nuff of the balls, eh?
FFS, DEVs know how to take the heat and we know they know! RL are hardcore and they don't need gazillion posts saying how divine they are. Also, don't be a lama calling people out just cause they're tired of continuous glitches, ch34t3r5 and bugs...
The true forum legends are walking away! They are the real TF legends and the very core of these forums, so be respectful.
Kthnx bye
@Fevves yes they do not need gazillion posts telling how divine they are but when I created just one post why can't you appreciate that?
And I did not intend to disrespect anyone, I just stated my opinion on things.
It's all good man I don't think any of us mean to sound mad, it's just the last part that really got me. Let the forum legends have their farewell posts. It's only fair.Originally Posted by abhinavd Go to original post![]()
I am not at all against farewell posts but IMO the farewell should be a happy one focusing on the good experience a player had. Struggle and glitches are in every phase of life.![]()
But yes indeed anybody who is leaving the game because of its bugs should be a warning bell for the devs. And if a legend of this game leaves its just wrong!!!
Well here is how I look at it. If I were to put out a sub par product at work, I assure you my clients would not except it. I would either get fired or lose a lot of money fixing it . I feel like game makers today on all platforms push out sub par games knowing they can just patch it later. Games are not nearly as polished as they used to be.
On topic, I'd kind of like to ride as Butch or some of the other characters in the game.
