When i tried connecting to the bunker it crashed mid way through giving me my rewards and when i restarted it didn't give me my rewards. I lost out on 25 gems, 51000 coins, and 5 donkey blueprints. Please fix this.

I opened the first ticket on february and just few weeks ago i got the first reply, but still no prizes added to my account

i am having same problem i couldnt conncect during the mission impossible on the last day of week one when i finally got connected no prize i was suppose to get a map bc i was in the top 4%!

I didn't have any connection problems. At the end of the last mission I was in the top 14% so I should've received a new track on the map. I got nothing! I sent support an email and they said they would forward it to the development team and that's all they can do at this time.
