I have around 30 showdowns started to finish just after the new season starts so I'll be Legend fast and I can stop playing.

Will you be legend even with the defeat against me ? not sure !!

I have 31 showdowns too but the bunker doesn't working.

Doing 30 matches against legends is way harder than you are letting on. I consider myself pretty damn good at this game but I wouldn't win all 30. It saves time, but it's not easy.

I only lost to KartanK, so far I've beaten jimmymaignan3 and I have 18 showdowns lined up to be a win (hopefully) since my time's haven't been beaten.

What would be a heart attack for some is just coasting a wave for others. Now it would suck if there was some "fastest to the leaderboard" challenge, us little people with our 3 free showdowns would be cooked. Thankfully that won't ever happen...

However, riding the rocketship from legends at the end of the season where the highest concentration of competitive people are.... That's considerably more impressive.

I beg to differ. Most folks once they hit legend play dead to help boost other folks up to legends. If EVERYONE played competitive there would be a lot less legends at the end. I could almost guarantee you that I could start up 30 matches against legends and half of them could care less about the win because they are ping ponging and/or boosting others up to legend status. I think the most challenging method to legend is going 3 matches at a time so you progress slowly through the ranks and actually play against people trying to progress. To each their own though.
