    I don't think the petition is a bad idea. At the very least if it can be spread around on social media and such it will provide the opportunity to gather some kind of realistic figure for how many people are affected by this bug (or played the game long enough to find out). Unfortunately if there are only a few dozen or so people affected I could easily see Ubisoft writing the issue off as not really that important and a fix will never be released. However, if there is a larger amount of people who are showing they are still looking for a fix then maybe one will finally get released and those dedicated players can continue to finish playing a really great game.

    I signed that petition, and I do believe you should make a separate thread just for that because honestly most people wont read through pages of posts and maybe accidentally stumble upon it. Especially as the pages grow it will become less likely. I can't believe this thread has thousands of views, and barely any responses from the devs or mods or anyone.

    Does anyone know if it's possible to start a new save file, either by deleting existing data or using a different storage device? Like many others I don't see this getting fixed and it would just be good to know that I could start again if it came to it so it isn't totally unobtainable. Of course it would probably just glitch again.

    Obviously I'd much rather it was patched than having to replay the entire thing and play the lottery with the awards system. I get that the team want to replicate the glitch so they can stamp it out completely, but it's obviously not working. Surely one of the many many good suggestions in this thread could yield results? Even just a quick temporary fix for those currently affected would take some of the heat off of you Ubi, and restore an awful lot of lost confidence.

    I made a thread but it its no longer here. Maybe the thread was deleted by the mods without any comment or i didnt saved it correctly. I don't know.
    In the German Forum, they deleted my thread and all my posts about the petition^^.

    But it doesnt matter. There are so many problems and new threads that the petition-thread would be on the second or third page really fast
    It seems that ignoring users has some positiv aspects for a company. The problems disappear in a plethora of other problems ^^
    An other problem is that a lot of users don't read other posts or they gave up searching for a solution.

    Now i give up. I'm really disappointed. Never in my life there was such a bad support and such indifference from a company. Never. And i played Games of EA before which is not a publisher with a really good reputation. I ask myself only: Why? Why it is so difficult to communicate or to hear on your customers... I have no answer.

    Ticket? No answer since June 2015 (updated 5 times and closed with no answer from the support).
    Threads? No answer since June 2015.
    Are there any other possibilites to get some help?

    I don't buy any game of Ubi in the future. There is no more i can do. It makes me really happy that i never have to come back in this forum with a problem (that never will be solved) or have contact to the support (which is not interested in solving problems).

    Has it really been 9 months since this all started? How time flies.

    I honestly can't remember the last time I played The Crew. With my limited free time I've been playing other games like GTA V and Fallout 4. Heck, I've even been playing Need for Speed (2015) occasionally, which is quite surprising considering it's glaring lack of substantial content. I don't think The Crew is a horrible game, as I've made that known earlier. I wouldn't have invested 250hrs+ of my life if I didn't think the game was worth playing but this entire fiasco and the way Ubisoft has kept us in the dark has soured my entire experience with the game. This blatant disregard for their most dedicated players, who are most likely the ones supporting the game by buying Crew Credits, has turned me off of ever wanting to play this game again.

    I apologize for a seemingly inconsequential update on my video game habits but I really don't know what else to say at this point.

    I've been checking back on this thread every few weeks but I'm struggling to find a reason to continue. Considering how long the issue has persisted/been on the back burner/ignored, The Crew's mediocre reviews and with Wild Run out the door I really don't see Ubisoft giving a rodent's buttocks about us or the state of the game. Let's be real here, if Ubisoft really genuinely cared about this issue, it would have been fixed within the first 2 months. Combined with the fact that the game is long past it's optimum revenue earning period, their commitments to the game (I.E. the expansion) being finished, and with the big new releases on the horizon (The Division, Wild Lands, etc.), I really don't see where the resources for this fix are going to come from.

    I never could have imagined so many other people were facing this issue when I first started this thread 9 months ago. With everyone posting and discussing it made this whole situation feel hopeful, and for that I'm thankful. Alas, despite 9 months, 9 pages of posts and nearly 5000 views, it seems its all been for naught. I'm tired of constantly checking back and spending the time to write out thoughtful posts every time there's a glimmer of hope, only to have it quashed by vague or nonexistent developer responses.

    I know some of you guys will keep on posting until the very end, but, apart from a possible check-in at the 1 year mark, I'm sorry to say that I'm done.

    For anyone who wants an update on this glitch, I got a response back on my ticket:


    I am very sorry for how long it has taken us to get back to you and for the problems you are still experiencing with the glitched Awards in The Crew.

    Firstly I want to assure you we are still working on this issue, however, we are unable to reproduce it and unfortunately it is not a simple a fix as unlocking the award on an account.

    I cannot go into too many details regarding the investigation but we are in contact with the developer who actually created the award system and are awaiting more information on this ourselves.

    To answer your second question, as I have said we are looking into possible solutions, however, it's not as simple as just unlocking it on the account in question. So yes we will consider other workarounds and even potentially resetting accounts if it comes to that, however, this would only be considered as a final resort if we cannot find any other solutions to the issue.

    I hope this answers all of your questions and I do fully appreciate how long this issue has been on-going. All I can do is assure you we are still working on this and we will no just allow the issue to ground to a halt.

    I have Got this issue as well. All missions show with platinium metals and counter says 100%. Once i had completed the last mission i was missing platinium in (in my case "mismatch") the loading screen never finished, and i decided to reload the game. Back in the game i couple confirm i now have platinium in all missions, but the achievement did not unlock. I tried same mission again and completed the mission without issues, however achievement did still not unlock. I have tried to re-do a couple of other missions on platinium but nothing happens.
    So now i AM joining the crowd who are asking for a solution. Did spend quite a few hours on this. Have had fun with the game bit i AM dissapointed with this issue.

    How have they "not been able to reproduce" this bug/glitch? Have you, or anyone, been able to communicate what has been brought up in this thread? About the hang-ups at the end of missions being the most likely cause? That 1)they should probably be working the issue not only on the current build of the game but also on a very early build because the stacking of updates may have altered how/if this problem comes up, 2)doing their tests on closed or offline systems will likely NEVER reproduce the issue we're having?

    This is where the lack of communication with the actual people doing the "fixing" is causing so much frustration. Honestly, Ubisoft as this dev teams publisher, should be pushing (or forcing) them to open a dialogue with us to get this thing worked out. We're here, we can be an asset, freaking take advantage of that already so this can all be done. The sooner they get this worked out, the sooner we'll stop *****ing and be out of their hair, and the sooner we can all move on. Not to mention, just the effort of doing this would go a long way to mending a lot of the frustration we're all feeling.

    Did this happen just recently? On the most current build of the game?
