    It's not an issue that affects everyone. I had no problem unlocking it on my old account but it's bugged on my current account. If the entire QA team managed to unlock it then they either all got lucky or there is something very specific which bugs the award that none of them encountered. Although from all the people I've spoken to it seems like a coin toss whether or not the award bugs out.

    Maybe someone from the dev team can reply to this thread. Tell us why is taking so long to fix it?
    You keep telling that devs are looking into this - but bug still there and i still dont have my achievement.
    If they need more info - ask us about it.
    I was cheking award progress after each mission and i know exactly - for me mission "The Fix" doesnt count for award and achievement, i played it and got platinum 5 times - didnt help.

    Hi guys & gals,

    We've had an update today from the devs, to let us know that their online team and gameplay programmers are checking a potential solution to the problem.

    As Natchai mentioned yesterday, the trophy system itself is now working correctly - it just seems that certain players affected when it was still broken are stuck in limbo (no more trophies to unlock, so unable to get the achievement / award). This has therefore shifted the focus away from the unlocking process, to the recognition of completion and actual award.

    As above, there's an idea in the works which we think is a good solution; we just have to be sure that it's bulletproof, as I'm sure you can appreciate. The devs are very aware of how frustrating this issue is to you all, and we (the Community Management team) have made sure to pass all your opinions and concerns over to them to ensure the speediest resolution possible.

    Please rest assured that everyone is doing their utmost to fix this issue, and that you'll be the first to know when a patch is rolled out to finally address it

    Does "on all types of accounts/systems" mean hopefully also Xbox 360??
    Because there is also the same error with The Extra Mile award. On Xbox 360 the last Patch was on January 2015 so nearly one year ago !
    It's a shame that we Xbox 360 Players are left out of Patches that all other Systems( PC, PS4 and Xbox One) got !
    So hopefully a patch is also coming for Xbox 360 to fix this award and achievement.
    Can please someone from Ubisoft (Natchai, Gaidheal or someone else) please answer to this??

    Great to hear this! The Crew & The Wild Run DLC are great games. And this bug is very annoying. Glad to hear they are finally working on a fix. Thanks!

    Versatile Showman is also buggy. Im sure you can patch both of them :-)

    Still waiting. Tell us a news about the fix.
    This thread was created in a may 2015. Its almost 2016 and bug still exists!
    This is unacceptible.

    Got the rest of the trophies last night on PS4 for this game, just waiting for some kind of fix or patch to be released so I can get "the extra mile" trophy and have that platinum trophy pop once and for all. I don't know if it helps but under the awards for Mission A I have 95% completion for getting gold medals on all story missions and 97% completion for getting platinum medals on all story missions (obviously doesn't make sense). Then for Mission C I have 67% completion for getting a platinum medal on Deadline, Gumshoe, and Rolling Deep even though I have a platinum mission on all 3. I believe I have redone and got platinum medals on every story mission for a second time and still didn't have any luck.

    I on the other hand have it the other way around. I got the platinum achievement, but for the gold medals says I'm missing one (however I have no idea which). I reckon is one I did in co-op, but I can remember exactly what mission was it. Regardless, if I have the platinum achievement I should also have the gold one!
