    RaXnCase I noticed that my progress for Extra mile did not record because game glitched and kicked me out to xmb. Once I got back in the progress from previous mission (only for extra mile award) was lost. Interestingly this happened 3 times and at the end was stuck at 97%. Do you know if you experienced same errors?

    No. Sorry. It gets until 98% and stopped....-.-

    Since you mentioned that you had no problem on your other account I gotta ask. Was that CD or digital?

    So this trophy bugged for me aswell (The Extra Mile) And after many sessions with UbiSupport telling me to do the missions over and over again, delete ps4 profile, do a database rebuild etc, nothing worked. So i've opened a live chat session and this is the support i got:

    I didn't ask for them to give me my trophy since i know that they can't. But i asked for any other solution for me to obtain it. As you can see they can't delete my progress or even do anything about it...

    This kind of support is totally unacceptable for some company that everyone of us that SPENDS their precious money by buying their games!

    To some people they CAN do a SAVE RESET, while others don't. There is a fact - they CAN do SAVE RESET, they just don't wanna bother. Hail Ubi!

    I think the most viable solution would be to create a way to start a new game and / or new game + or change the save location of the game by changing to save on the console!

    Exactly! They did the worst thing ever by not giving us access to our own savefile AND not letting us be able to start new game.

    So the last response from Ubi, was that they can't do anything about this problem and that i should contact Sony for further assistance. I don't understand why or how, Sony would help me, since it's the game that has the problem and not the actual trophy...

    Exactly, the game has an internal prize that has to be released for the unlock code of the trophy to be transmitted to the console, so we conclude that the problem is in the game!

    Can't they just add an extra 3% to everyone's award as an easy workaround for this issue so it can be unlocked?
