@ExoticJ: Because there is no explanation about what are the reason of the bugs, you really should try it. In my opinion it has something to do with the first patch of the Awards in June 2015. If you have played before, you could have some problems. I only know players that
a) havent a problem and played the whole game before June 2015
b) have award problems and have started before June 2015
c) havent problems and have started after June 2015
(started means got platinum medals in Tests or Missions which are necessary for trophies)
I'm cannot get the "Extramile" and the "Versatile Showman" Trophy.
Still hope for a fix or the possibility to start the game again.

I started playing late last year and still had issues. I don't think when you played makes a difference. The one thing that stands out to me was a server error I encountered after finishing a mission...I'm betting these issues relate to the game only partially updating your award status if a server error takes place after the mission.

I first started the game (got first achievement) on August 8th, 2015 and completed the campaign story on August 29th, 2015, so your stats don't really hold up. I did the whole story in my first playthrough in co-op. We had a handful of issues at the end of some of the races. Quick server/disconnect issues that would boot of us out of being in a crew together, a couple of freezes, and a few where the game would hang and boot me back to the title screen. That last one actually happened on a race where I won, drove really well, and very likely scored enough for a Platinum, but I never saw the score screen. And THAT mission is half of the ONE Award that says I'm only at 50% of getting Platinum in the two missions listed. I've re-run it multiple times to Platinum (as well as the other race just to make sure), and the Award continues to say I'm at 50% and the "Last Mile" achievement refuses to unlock. Note, I've also gone back through the entire list of available story missions in order & ran them to Platinum rank solo and not been able to get this stupid achievement to unlock.Originally Posted by Zauberlehrling89 Go to original post
What ever testing they've tried have very likely been on a closed network in their offices with none of the little connection hiccups and issues, so of course they haven't been able to replicate the issue to be able to find & fix it. I'm really sick of the lack of support from Ubisoft and Ivory Tower.

Ubi and Activision are the new EA of the gaming world. A full year and hundreds of posts later, they can't take a few hours of dev time to throw in a quick mission completion checker to pop the achievement for those who have earned it. Instead, we get lip service about trying to duplicate the bug when we all know a fix to the bug itself isn't necessary to implement a workaround fix to those who have already been impacted. It'd be like getting a damaged product from a store and being told you can't have a replacement until they've done an indefinitely long investigation into why it got damaged in the first place. No, they replace the item and worry about fixing the problem later. Even if the bug gets fixed, you're still going to have to create a workaround to unlock the achievement for impacted users...so why not just create the workaround now so you can take all the time in the world to find and fix the bug? Guaranteed not even a single minute of dev time has been dedicated to this issue, or it would've been solved a long time ago. And it's not just The Crew, they've gotten into the habit of releasing buggy games to meet deadlines then slacking off on support after the fact. Done buying Ubi games until they get their priorities straight.

I really hope that this game being made a Games with Gold selection prompts Ubi to up it's support for it. This is getting stupid. I really think we should try to organize some kind of mass flooding on support tickets to see if we can get them to wake up. Troll some game forums and try to get everyone who's had this issue start filing tickets until someone pays attention.
