    So, everybody already gave up? Last week I finished a couple of story-missions with platin, hoping that the last patch would ve fixed, ehm...something. That was naive, i know.
    Of course nothing happened. For a long time, i was like "yeah they will fix it...someday. They have to, they can't keep the cutomers hanging like this". Right now, im sad because it looks like: They do.

    I really reeeeally hoped, that someday i would be able to say, "that ubisoft guys, they did it in the end". I mean, that cant be satisfying, customers always complaning about stuff, or can it? I would feel the urge to do something about it.
    Funny story, a couple of weeks ago, i was in contact with the customer service of harmonix, for some Rock Band 4 stuff. And they didn't respond for, maybe 48 hours. And i found myself using the phrase: "please guys, don't ubisoft me". Needless to say, that they respond within hours.
    So yes - "to ubisoft someone", is a real thing.

    Finally got a reply from Ubisoft support. Unfortunately it was just as helpful as this thread and by the time I read the email they already closed the ticket so I couldn't reply. It was basically a slap in the face after waiting for a month for a reply. Here is the response from Jeremy @Ubisoft Support:

    "We do not have the ability to force unlock trophies on accounts. We will be sure to report this issue up to the development team for further review. However, our best recommendations at the moment are listed below. Try deleting the game data from the Game Data Utility which is accessible through the PlayStation Main Menu. This data controls the trophy system and does not affect in-game progress or save data. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please keep an eye on our official forums at http://forums.ubi.com for information in the future."

    I tried deleting the game data and reinstalling it and not surprisingly nothing has changed. I keep an eye on the official forms all the time for information but nothing has been posted in here in months. Whenever my friends recommend games for me to purchase now I am constantly finding myself asking them "Is it made by Ubisoft?" before I even consider it. Worst customer support I have seen in a game dev. Unfortunately I think I am giving up completely on this game and all hopes for a fix, I know this is exactly what Ubisoft wants in the end anyways, everyone to just get fed up with the lack of customer support and forget about the whole issue. Good luck to those who continue to wait for an answer.

    At least you got a response from them, even if it was a generic cut and pasted one. I've had a couple issues that have been going on since November that still aren't resolved. They randomly close the tickets without ever replying or ever fixing anything. Now thye just outright ignore my tickets. I've had one in for almost a month now without a single reply to it.

    They took the time to ban me and my IP address but refuse to fix anything they're evidently unaware that ppl have access to many devices and many ip addresses so thought I'd update and let ppl know that they only look at this thread when it warrants it otherwise they don't care and they will never fix it period

    Starting a company

    So I found a successful business model and I'm considering copyrighting it if it isn't being used.
    First it will be a game developing company. It will be releasing games that are roughly 30% complete and I'm gonna say **** you by overpricing the remaining 70%. Then when I screw up the game I'm not going to acknowledge you ever again.
    Wait this is sounding like Ubisoft. My bad this business model is taken. But what's ****ed up is this business model is successful because you stupid gamers accept it someone bought the division for me and I didn't even open it I returned it to the store and sent them a check in the mail. I will never play another game by this company even if they choose to fix their business model

    Ubisoft, I love your games, I've played all of the AC's, Far Cry 3 (Have 4 but haven't played it yet) and I'm enjoying the Division. I'll keep playing your games because I love them, I'm not gonna quit playing them because of a bug, but I would greatly appreciate it if bugs would get fixed. I enjoy getting as many trophies as possible on all of the games I play. But as I've stated a couple of times already in previous post, this is the last trophy I need in order to get my Platinum Trophy for this game.

    I get home from work today to find that Crew was updated, praying that maybe this was the one that Fixed "Extra Mile" I log in, run a few races and still no trophy. This bug has been going on for over a year now, what gives? H*** the last Mod response to this thread was even months ago, have ya'll give up on fixing this bug? If that's the case, then tell us, "We can't fix this, sorry for not telling everyone a year ago.", I'd rather hear that it can't be fixed, instead of just being ignored and left in limbo with nothing to go on.

    In one of my previous post, I recommended a way to fix this, that I don't see a problem with, is there a reason that suggestion couldn't be implemented to fix this "Extra Mile" bug? I've tried all of the suggestions given already (re-run the races, re-install the game) and those don't work. I'd really love to be able to get my last trophy for this game.

    really frustrating.... but maybe after the development of the camera option there are some more workforces free to patch this spawn of hell-Bugs :-) pleeeeeease don't let us stay out in the rain!

    This thread was started almost a year ago and still no fix... I just spent 3 weeks trying to get the "Skills to pay the bills" achievement and it's stuck at 99% it seems like this achievement along with "The extra mile" do not work? Glad to know because I was just about to do that achievement next.

    Ubisoft... instead of trying to lure in new customers, why don't you actually address your current customers and keep those instead of losing future customers with faulty games.

    Go ahead and try it. I did last week (on ps4) but the patch didn't change a thing. So did a couple of other players too.
