Can't they just add an extra 3% to everyone's award as an easy workaround for this issue so it can be unlocked?

It's one of many hundreds of things they could do to fix this, your guess is as good as mine why they haven't. It's probably because they refuse to have a developer work on it until it's verified through testing, which will probably never happen since this bug has to do with a server disconnect/crash to dashboard, and that's unlikely to occur on an internal test server.

In my case it's the Versatile Showman, I remember when I was doing "race line" skills tests in the Mountain States for 3 or 4 times I was disconnected from the server when I finished the platinum medal test. It appeared an error code, and directed me to check the error code on the support website, but I did not pay attention. I think it was in this interval that the prize caught :-(

But anyway it does not justify because my connection remained intact, not because the server did this :-(

My problem is in "stay out trouble" im stuck on 80% i try everything and nothing... i try contact support and they don't give a f.

"The Extra Mile" glitch and others like it, is a testament (pun intended) to Ubisofts' lack of parity within their environments. I have suffered from this same glitch and as a member of the software development - gaming community, I will simply speak with my money and urge others to do so. Trust me, if The Crew 2 is a flop, it'll prove to be the only chance we have of getting this fixed. All of their "reasons" for not fixing their defect are downright excuses. They should not be tolerated. This shows a level of incompetence that is inexcusable. Do NOT play the missions over and over, delete your game data, forget about it, and never buy another Ivory Tower product. Ubisoft has other development companies capable of releasing working software, stick with them if you must. I will not and neither will the people I have already spoken to.

As a reminder, don;t forget about the PvP disconnects this game suffered from (and still does mid 2017), and the laughable physics engine. Sometimes I wonder if Ivory Tower can even do math. The Crew 2 will be fun, until you find a bug that ruins your entire play-time. Good luck to all and here's hoping we can band together more than the developers of Ivory Tower.

I’m stuck at 98% and have all Platinum awards and did not get the achievement tried replaying mission still nothing try to delete my game and the save and down loaded the game again and my save is still their that sucks so guess their is going to be no fix for it so in turn I will be canceling my pre-order on The Crew 2

Deleting and re-installing the game won't help. Your save file is stored on their servers, not locally, on your console.
