I have the same problem. I got a platinum medal in every race but have not got the trophy and the gameaward. Platinum is stucking on 98% and gold on 97%. The same thing with the tests. I got in every part of the US in every type of test a platinum medal but also I didn't got the awards. That's really frustrating guys. do you have any advice?
if i look at the awards, I see that I didn't got the award for gettin platinum in "Testfahrt" and "Taschenspieler-Trick" (these are the german trophies). By driving them again, nothing changes.

have you tried getting platinum on a few other races yet?

This also seems to be an issue on PC as well. I'm having the exact same issue with the "I love gold" award. I have the extra mile unlocked and accounted for, but not that one, and redoing missions with platinums doesn't seem to help.

yeah, i have tried it a lot of time. I also tried it by getting platinum in coop, but nothing changed.
The funny thing is, if I look at the statistiks, I can see that I have got in every part of the us all the platinum medals.

Just an update since the July patch just dropped today.

The patch notes didn't say anything about any awards being fixed but I thought I would redo a few missions just to check.

No dice.

I'm wondering if the developers could just force the achievement to unlock if fixing this award is too difficult so that everyone who is suffering from this glitch can finally get the "The Extra Mile" achievement and the 100G it gives for The Crew.

Anyway, here are some more pictures of my award progress to provide further proof this is broken.

Same here. Now i open the "extra mile" award (Earn Platinum Medals in all Story Missions) but "I Love Gold" (Earn a Gold medal on 64 missions) still stuck at 98%.
How it can be possible?

this game was supposably fixed but i get it play it with 2 friends we all finished story missions got platinum medals in every mission i got stuck on 86% both of the others got 94%, all mission b and c 100%, was shattered once i finished and it didnt pop tried few extra missions no change in % havent played it since. if you want people to buy your games actually test them before you release them. already make sure games work before i get them but if you cant fix them when they are meant to be fixed i wont be getting anymore ubisoft games happening to often with games
