I having this issue too. In my case it's a mission called "Machinations" stuck at 67% (in fact that's 3 missions for one platinum medal) with in turn make The extra award stuck at 98%. The Ubisoft support didn't helped me at all, providing just basic and generic answers like check your NAT TypeAfter many game patches I still can't get the award, and the trophy in PS4. And I've replayed all game missions again... What it's really frustrating it's that you can't even delete your game save and start again, no, you simply can't... I wouldn't mind to replay the whole game again if I could. If Ubisoft can't provide us a fixing patch and are unable to support their high pricing and under-developed games, at least give us the option to erase the save and start the game again. I know this is a online MMO, but come on!
2 possibilities:
1. They are not interested in solving the problem because there is no more money to earn with... and this would be very poor! People spent a lot of time and money into this game and they deserve a solution.
2. They are interested in solving the problem but they don't know how... this would also be very poor. Ubisoft calls himself a big publisher and Ivory is a part of the Ubisoft Group. In this case i would ask
myself about the skills of some guys there.
Maybe there is a possibility number 3. But Number 3 should be written by the mods because i don't know it. But the number 3 should be a good one because only telling "we are working on it" (since february 2015!) and "there will be a solution soon" (see the first remark and try not to laugh if you read "soon") is little by little implausible...
By the way: BUMP this d**n thread until they f**king fix this bug which exists since february 2015! Im a really patient player but now this enrages me really!
What I will post will be very hurtful but I truly mean every word from the bottom of my blackened heart. Also any response to this thread even if it's to ban or block this account is a win. Just shows that Ubisoft and ivory tower don't give a **** about this thread. I was fully committed to buy the division when I saw the new update 1.14 hoping these ****s finally fixed what they ****ed up from the beginning. However unsurprisingly these **** suckers didn't fix one ****ing thing. So I will not buy another Ubisoft game or accept a free one from ps plus but these Jews would never give away money. They'll be first in line to take yours but these *** wipes will never deliver. I hope your children die slow and painfully and you are helpless to save them. You ****ing *** holes
Not too sure why I got excited when I started my PS4 today and saw that The Crew was installing an update (1.14). While waiting for the install I looked at the patch notes released and noticed it covered "Fix on the Statistics that allows for recovering some lost progress: Progress on game, MISSIONS, ...., Progression on certain CHALLENGES" along with "AWARDS: ALL the rewards related to Win and Complete under Events are fixed.". Sounded way too good to be true but I reluctantly went and got the game from the bottom of the pile and plugged it in. BTW, I forgot how much I hate starting this game up and getting hassled to buy additional DLC before I can even start playing. Played a few missions including the ones that were glitched under my Mission C category but still the trophy didn't pop. It seems like this thread is just being completely ignored now. I tried opening up a support ticket on March 10, 2016 to explain the problem with this glitch and included all my specific details about game progression and mentioned that this thread has gone months without an update from anyone that works for Ubisoft but it has been now almost 20 days and I still haven't gotten a reply on that support ticket (I got an automatic email saying they received the ticket and should get a response in the next FEW business days). For a company that is showing no customer support I find it disgusting that they would even try to promote a DLC to purchase EVERY time I turn the game on. At this point I would rather someone from Ubisoft just put a final post on this thread saying "they are no longer looking into fixing this issue, sorry for wasting all of your time, and we would appreciate if you still buy our products because in the near future (whenever that is) our customer support will actually get better". This way at least I can finally delete the game and free up some space on my PS4 and maybe recover a few dollars from whoever is still willing to buy this game used.
