It's available right now (in the garage far right passed the phantom) if you have enough diamonds to buy the blueprint pieces.

Really not sure why they called it the Donkey season. I was hoping for nothing but Donkey showdowns.

Since I have the donkey and others have the donkey, I figured I might at least have a showdown USING a donkey.... but nothing yet.

This was certainly the idea but probably just not many people have the donkey.
