This is basically the reality behind the costumes, once the event ends the abilities are useless. Plus, they're just reskins of other costumes.

I can only assume they were meant to help get the Knight outfit or they are for people who don't have the time to grind as often as others.

Except the powers don't work even for that, so it's just for looks. I'm actually fine with that, but they should be way, way cheaper if that is the case.

I think these costumes are the worst idea by RL.
The death knight beats them all, I already took all the Yeti furs (thanks to glitch, but I would have already take them all without glitch too) before the week 3..awful.
Better not talk about the fact they are basically a reskin of older costumes.

my theory is they will have us collect fur, etc, again at some point. if not, agree its ridiculous. i'm def not spending jewels until im sure

Looks like the full translation was "The higher the cooler, then you need the lower and middle parts of warm polar suit ." Very interesting as simply unlocking the tracks has not really felt like completing the first ritual. And despite having unlocked all 16 tracks and all 5 full outfits, it's still giving me the collection missions for kindlings, magnifying glasses, and coal (no fur). Stills seems like something is amiss.

I think they left them are there for the death knight suit (they stay till event ends anyway) which is useless...but cool
