I can't play any longer because I don't have the newest version, but I can't download the newest versions either because of an error (963). I'm playing on HTC One M8 with Lollipop. Anyone else having troubles?

Nevermind, I figured it out. After I cleared the cache of my Play store and did the update again it worked.

after the new update is now out for the german version i am not able to install it.

it always crashes while installation with the error 963. i tried to deinstall it and than reinstall it again but same problem..... anyone else got this problem.

I have the same problem... I don't know what to do. I uninstalled the app but when I tried to download the game again it appeared the 963 error.:|:|

OK seems that its an Google play store problem.

i deleted my cache (settings - apps - google play store)

and afterwards i deinstalled all updates from google play store.

after that i could download it again and install it new.

only problem now i cant conntect to uplay...

nevermind i´ve done it.
