Please try uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it helps. You may also want to check the system requirements. Please submit your dxdiag and msinfo to the local tech team if this continues via "my questions" here: https://support.ubi.com.

Is it possible to get some actual support for this game????
If an uninstall/reinstall didn't fix the issue, here are some further suggestions;
1) Make sure your video card drivers are up to date. NVidea typically does this automatically, but for AMDplease check to make sure your drivers are within 4 months.
2) Try disabling your background applications. If you have no issues with background applications disabled, the issue might be caused by one of them.
3) Make sure you are up to date with your windows updates and Direct X installations, as our games need those to run.
4) You can clear your temporary files.
If you still have issues after doing all of these, I suggest contacting our official Ubisoft Support and include your dxdiag/msinfo files. This guide is helpful for opening up a ticket!
Hi. I have problems with Realtek High Definition audio in games for example: Far cry 3 crashed after 10-15min playing, in Windows 8.1 everything worked fine. I'm not the only one with this problem. It is a sound card drivers, or directx problem? I tried Realtek High Definition audio driver 6.0.1.7553 from my notebook manufacturer website (acer) driver codecs and from Realtek R.279 drivers (6.0.1.7541 ): with no effect, still crash. Faulting modul is: XAUDIO2_7.DLL part of DirectX End-User Runtime (9c?). Maybe it's a bad incompatibility, Microsoft's problem? I wrote also RealTek. I have clean Windows 10 Home x64, Windows 10 compatible drivers like Nvidia GeForce driver 355.60 and 355.80. Also i tried sfc /scannow Thank you for your help. I instaled latest directx sdk
