Season Pass on Uplay, and Steam | Forums

So I just bought Trials Fusion trough steam and I loved the game... so much that I want to buy the Season Pass. However I've been looking and on the internet, the uplay seaon pass is much cheaper, (2.69) EUR than the Steam Season Pass.

If I buy the Uplay Season Pass, will it still work?
