    I have been banned for no reason. PLEASE RESPOND

    So i haven't played the crew in a few months so i thought i would log in. And when i do it says I need to reactivate my game. So i was like what. So i get my CD key from my email and re enter and then it comes up with this error "Your CD key has been banned" WHAT THE HELL UBISOFT. I have not done anything wrong what so ever. Please respond with an answer ASAP i want to play the game i payed for!

    From G2A. But i don't see how that is a problem considering some of the money went to charity.

    I heard a friend say (so I have no source to quote) that Ubisoft banned a lot of keys illigally purched with creditcard fraud. These keys were sold on different key sale sites

    Oh ****, probably why im banned then. But can any admins reading this please give me the reason on the ban just to be sure.

    There is my CD key so any admins please check on it and possibly unban it :/
    And also one more question If i rebuy the game will i have my save file still?

    That's often the case with G2A. Contact them and ask for a new key or a refund.

    There may in fact be something Natchai or Moshi can do that I'm unaware of. If so, they will make it known. This is what I know:

    "If you purchase a Ubisoft digital product and your key is disabled, contact the company from which you purchased the key for assistance."

    This is never a good thing to do, since anyone could use it [if it was reactivated by the team]


    however - the following is an extract from the Uplay store FAQs, which you may find informative.

    Should I purchase Ubisoft downloadable games from “CD key” sellers?

    We recommend purchasing our downloadable PC games directly from the Uplay shop or from reputable or established retailers.

    Some retailers and online marketplaces offer digital games as “CD keys.” If you choose to purchase a “CD key” for a Ubisoft game from a disreputable or questionable retailer or online marketplace, you risk buying an invalid key or an illegally-obtained product.

    Please note, Ubisoft may disable keys initially obtained or distributed by unlawful means such as those acquired fraudulently and later re-sold.

    If you purchase a Ubisoft digital product from an unauthorized party and your key is disabled, you will not be able to play your game. For assistance, you need to contact the company from which you purchased the key.

    If you purchase a new copy of the game [from an authorised seller] - and you activate it on the same Uplay account as you used before - it should pick up the save file OK.

    Thanks for the help everyone. I have contacted the company of which I purchased from if I don't get back from them in 24 hours i will buy a new CD key. Once again. Thanks for the help.

    Thanks for the help just wanted to let you know that i contacted the people who i bought it from and they replied but they didn't believe me and ever since i showed them the proof that i own the game and i bought it they did not reply. So i'm going to buy a new key from uplay. Is there any chance you could give me some sort of coupon so i can get it a little cheaper? It's just i don't want to pay full price for a game i already owned. Thanks.
