well after letting it sit there for twenty minutes it finally started working

Hi everyone,

As you can see in the patch notes, there is no announce for any fix for notifications and friends feed.

For the MP, there is no new track yet, we'll add them later. We want the update to roll out smoothly first.

I actually laughed out loud when I saw the note about brightness being adjusted on XB1. Just a year late on that one guys!

I've given up on the notifications ever being fixed.

The multiplayer keeps crashing for me. It happened 4 times right after finding a lobby, and once in a race. Don't think this has happened to me a single time before the update.

Just (rage) quit the game... wtf is this update redlynx ?

1st you have to download 3.7GB of update (is there an announce for a futur dlc somewhere? i don't think it's the 5 local tracks or the fix who take 3.7GB) and then what ? + 1 hours of tracks for multiplayers ?
I waited 30min to "download the tracks", then it said "download fail", i downloaded for 5min again and same phrase again ...

Also, I thought this update would fixe the notifications & friends tracks but no, the problem is still here after 1 year...

I really hope the game will be 99% fixed before you announce a new DLC (3.7gb really?) or a 2nd season pass, if not you can wait my money. After 1 year the game still have problems, 1 year! i thought it would be ok ...

ps: if you could unlock the cap levels for solo, MP and TC (not sure about this one), it would be cool

I agree. The update shouldn't be the same size as the previous update, its strange to have an update giving the same content again, as a previous update. But thats fine, I see it in lots of games, maybe theres no choice sometimes.

As a PS4 player, I really just want to get the old levels from previous games. Please make Trials Remaster DLC.

Yes these updates have become a massive inconvenience to me and my crappy internet and I have no idea how this update could possibly be this big.

Update for x1 was 186MB... sounds like PS4 was a tad bigger . If you are looking for Evo tracks there a re a bunch that have been remade in the editor - typically you can look up their old names to find them. I keep thinking about making a frontier track...... then remember I don't have any editor skills....

The new scoring screen and ranking system in MP is (to me) perfect. Seeing times and faults is much better, and seeing the rankings at the end is great (gives you a more accurate reflection of your achievement). If it is possible, it would be nice to have the times per track appear with the medal level next to them or colour code the times (just to give you a guide to how good that time is since I can't remember plat times for 100 tracks). Not that it is overly important, but it would be nice. Also, is there a current list of single lane tracks that appear in MP as yet? I seem to see the same ones repeating fairly frequently (and no DLC ones....)

Anyway - the new system is great - I think it will encourage me to play more as the feedback is so clear

Hi bud , have you tried wired connection , u could possibly be using this already but its a thought , also i would check your provider as they are not always that clear on how many connections can be used in one household depending on what package you get , that if anyone else is using it. I had the same problem i had upgraded to 100 last year and only just found out this year that they hadn't even activated it and i was still on 30 , my downloads were terrible also especially when everyone was using the connections. This however downloaded for me in about 10 mins didnt check file size so cant say. Your download time sounds like too much time even for a dlc package , sounds like your provider or psn probs to me.

Good update but please can you fix notifications or even the banner at the top , according to it you are having maintance 4 months ago lol.
