I've been getting the same ad (game of war) pop up literally every two races for the past week or two now. I get no other ads and the frequency is a bit troubling. I assume this is not working as intended?

Most players are getting the same since the last update (3.2.3) it seems they've gone down the forced add route, so unfortunately it sounds like this is what they intended although not everyone is getting them forced like that so I wouldn't like to say for definite !!

Also, some players are speculating that if a player makes a purchase then this stops the forced adds (like a lot of F2P games where we can pay to have no adds) but no-one can say for definite if this is actually true or not !!

I haven't seen anyone writing about the latest update yet (3.2.4) and if it's made any difference to the forced adds, hopefully they've put it back the way it was for everyone, where we chose to watch adds for extra Gems, Coins and Golden Tickets !?


Would be nice to hear something definitive from either RL or Ubisoft about this !!

I'd gladly purchase a special offer or something to remove the ads. I'd just straight up pay $50. They're getting really bad at one every 2-3 races

I agree but I think $50 is a bit much for a mobile game especially when we can get console games for less !!

Anyway, if you do decide to make a purchase at some point, could you post your findings here (if it gets rid of the adds or not) as I've read mixed opinions on here but nothing concrete and I'm sure the community would like to know for definite one way or the other !?

Ya just purchased that special offer for $3. I saw in a thread in the general forum that it removes ads, and apparently it does. Ad free game here I come finally.

I did not know that it was because of my purchase but now that I have read this post I can confirm that you won't find a single ad after making an in app purchase. They got a lot of bad reviews on the playstore because of this so they did it in the end.
