    Huh? I never said here that things will work themselves out or that any issue is not important. (If I did, show me where)

    Feel free to vent your frustration here all you want (thats partly what forums are for) but be aware that you should submit tickets, since thats what RL works with. In every case I have seen, forums posts asking for answers/refunds will make you feel better, but wont solve your issue ... so dont forget to also submit that ticket.

    And I am guessing you misunderstood my point. Twice now (your last few posts) YOU ARE THE ONE who has said that the missing Armadillo skin is not important compared to other issues. YOU are the one who implied that "all people thnik about is oh, I never got this skin" (your exact words). YOU are the one showing the disdain. All I did was point out that 2 pages of people saying they have this issue really doesnt justify your "all people think about is oh, I never got this skin" comment. After all, there are 18 pages of Gifting issues; if anything THATs whats on people minds. (Dont somehow misread that to think I am saying anything is unimportant there.....)

    but because you are not blowing up the forums with this, its not an issue, xitooner said so.

    twice now i have stated that the missing armidillo skin is not important in the grand scene of things, people would prefer a working game.

    submitting tickets DOES NOT WORK OR GET ANYTHING DONE FASTER.

    asking for reimbursment for a product that hasnt been delivered is a valid customer service option

    and what you are saying is the many out weigh the few

    Well, I gotta admit submitting tickets isnt helping a lot; we all feel that way. But any help I ever got for any in-game issue here was through a ticket. Its slow as heck and not much at all really, but its the best we've got, IMO. I have yelled and kicked and screamed and demanded refunds and started petitions many times in many forum posts, and never got any in-game benefit for it. I am not standing in anyones way if thats what you want to do (it made me feel better but thats all), and I hope it works out for you.

    this shouldnt be an issue. if a game is broken that people have paid for or i paid for in game purchases then they should be re imbursed in some way. also they should be given the tickets and stuff that they lost due to the failure of the game. redlynx and ubisoft have more focus on cash and profit than they do on customer satisfaction. i'll get their attention. shifty samurai sucks **** for a living and blue badger rents out his arse for the highest bidder. if this is still here tomorrow then they seen it and decided not to take action. if its not they will say its nothing to do with them. fecking twaats redlynx and ubi cnt employees.

    Pretty sure this comment right here is grounds to get you banned, but I'll just leave it at that, you can edit it how you please. I will say, ANY issue with the game is important. Just because it isn't important to YOU, doesn't mean other people don't care about it. Sure, most of us want the Bunker/Gift Box fixed, but this is an issue for people too, and there is room for everything. If you are a completionist (like me) not having this skin is driving you up a wall right now, especially since you can only unlock these THIS MONTH. There are also people who spend real money on the game, and expect things to work properly. Submitting a ticket DOES help. Everything helps, except being malicious. No one cares for that.

    Long story short, take it easy dude.

    Submitting the ticket was the way to handle this; it only took a couple of days. I got the following message in my ticket, and did what they described; everything is still working normally and I have my new paintjob.

    Thank you for the screenshot.
    The Armadillo bike paintjob should now be added to your account.

    Please close down the app completely. Launch the app again.
    You should receive a pop-up with the following message “You have multiple games in progress, but you can only keep one. Continue your game progress from:” You will want to select “Server” Your game should now be updated with the added item.

    Glad this worked out for you @DylanDeMorte. Now I'm thinking about also submitting a ticket. Except: I have no screenshots or anything to prove that I was between 10 or 15% or so. Does anyone know if there's a chance they'll accept the complaint anyway?

    The screenshot was of the current prize status screen (the pull down menu on the map) that showed I was currently in the top 1% and didn't have the first bike skin. They assumed if I was doing good now then I was doing good before. It's worth your trouble to submit the ticket (even if some people say they don't get answered, they do answer tickets sooner or later)

    Once again shown to be untrue. (but you are probably too busy playing with your now-working gift-box to care).

    RL may not work as fast as we'd like them to, and I still feel they leave us in the dark too much about their progress on issues.... but it cant hurt to follow their bug-reporting process:
