The next batch of tracks is here, but I did not receive the paintjob although I was on the top 8% (and still am).

Have any of you experienced the same?

I seem to have mine. It's for the damn Armadillo.

Mine was already selected and on the Armadillo when I went to look.

I was in top 0.8% and did not get my paintjob either.

Got mine, 0.1% some ~55th.

Another weird thing happended:

I play on my tablet and my phone, so everytime I change device I have to load the save from the servers. I loaded the game on my phone (which was about 8 hours back) and I had the paintjob there!

So, I got my paintjob but suffered a small rollback on my game.
