like @Justinman114 pointed out nicely: A gift is a gift. Sometimes I do all of my 178 friends, sometimes I don't cause I'm not even in the game for a day... but I do gift when I possibly can.

Gifting is not a must... otherwise, it becomes yet another grinding fest.

fine point, but there is a big difference b/w gifting every now and then and never gifting. there is really no reason to have "friends" in this other than the gifts, not like there is a chat feature or anything. In my opinion, when you accept/offer a friend request you are entering into a social contract: "i'll gift you if you gift me". so if one side is never fulfilling their end, its not the end of the world but it is annoying. Think in real life if you have a friend and you give them a birthday gift every year and they never acknowledge yours. They have no obligation to acknowledge yours but it would sure make you feel weird.

Tons of people have asked for a "gift all" feature or a "last gift received". Either of these would remove all the issues. if it only takes one button press to gift everyone, i wont care as much about not getting anything in return. Like you say, its a grind, and the reward for that grind is supposed to be tickets.

Well, you could try with a standalone phone uplay app, as you could see when was the last time your friends played the game, and maybe act based on that info. Beware though as, reported in the past, some people were regular riders but uplay was showing them off for a week or even two weeks. But if you see someone not playing for quite some time, I would assume it's pretty safe to cancel them from the friends list.

Here's a method to try if you still want to figure out who's not sending you any Gifts so you can purge them from your list.....

Wait until you're able to send both Gifts to everyone on your list then wait until you receive some Gifts before sending anything back, then ONLY send out Gifts to the individual players that you receive from, so basically when you receive send one back to that person, do this for about a couple of weeks or more (to allow time for those that don't play everyday and any overlapping / missed Gifts etc.) then after the two weeks are up.....Voilà.....Anyone that you're still able to send Gifts to on your list are obviously the ones that aren't sending you anything, so make a note of them and delete ok !?

EDIT: Seeing as the Gift-Box resets every 24hrs, you'll have to make a note each day of either the players that you sent to or haven't received from yet so you can automatically send to them or not send the next day !!

You could also try opening the Gift-Box and use the Friends Showdown Leaderboard List to send a Golden Ticket to all those that are listed there (as it's safe to say that everyone playing in the Bunker will be sending Gifts) then go to the usual sending list beside it and send the Fuel to all those that you've just sent a Golden Ticket to THEN do as I said above with the remaining players.....This will help speed things up ok !!

    Hope this helps !?

Maybe a "gift back" button in the gift center(tm) (where you claim your unexpected gifts) would be a nice addition?
Then you could see from the overall list an overview who haven't gifted to you and who haven't you gifted to in current 24h period.

Of course you could gift as much as you like there as previously.

^^yea, as for your first suggestion, i've considered that, but this is kinda a minor annoyance and that is alot of effort. the goal here is to do LESS work

2nd suggestion is a good idea, may work for me. I think some people have lists so big that not all their friends show up on the bunker though.

again, i'm not over here furious, just minorly annoyed and looking for a simple solution.
