From what date will we be arriving in Tours and when will we be leaving Tours?

Are we responsible for booking the flight, taxi, hotel?

I'd just like to say @BlueBadger, if it is possible, can you stay away from 'Trials Tracks' (the ones where there are ghosts) as with 8 people in a lobby it can cause some bad lagg. I'm guessing you have thought about that already and I'm just repeating something you already know, just wanted to say in case

There's only the Final on Sunday that's going to be played live rest of the days are preserved for people to qualify straight from Dreamhack by playing the custom tournament
